Kick back, relax or work in this peaceful beach home with your friends or family. Our property managers are from America and live full time just a few blocks away. Our property managers will greet you at the property to make sure you get in and help you with any questions you have. You'll enjoy this whole place to yourself, equipped with private pool, high-speed internet, AC in every room, 2 bedrooms with closet space, and 2 bathrooms. It is nestled in the Calle Ventanas neighborhood in Junquillal, Guanacaste 20 mins from Tamarindo, complete with a beach access path allowing you to walk to the beach in just minutes.

Casa Azul is a unique and quaint home with the perfect Costa Rica vibe. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, queen beds in each room and 2 blow up queen mattresses. All rooms are equipped with their own ac units and large TV’s. The pool is perfect for cooling off, there is a very large covered porch with plenty of sitting area, grill, and a fan to keep you cool. The property has beautiful landscaping with a beautiful tree with orange blooms that no picture can do justice to. On a private road with plenty of parking. The property has 5G fiber optic good enough service to do video calls, and stream your favorite shows. This is the perfect place to stay if you want to beach-hop and explore during the day, and wine down and enjoy some tranquility at night. Costa Rica is very safe but there is a full ADT security system for peace of mind. As well as a bolted down safe for your valuables. The property is fully fenced with automatic gates. Vines will be growing fast for more privacy. Roads to the property are being concreted now.

25 min to Tamarindo.

We just purchased sport utility car that seats 7 to rent out to guests. We can arrange a shuttle to the property if you would like to rent our vehicle. Reach out to us for more info. Renting a car in Costa Rica is very expensive. Your booking will say $600-$700 but you will end up close to a $1000 with hidden fees. We are always trying to find more ways to offer convenience and services to our guests. Our property manager can also have the house and fridge stocked for you for a charge as well as arrange for someone to cook for you if you really want to go all out.

Other things to note:

The beach is a short walk and some of the softest sand you will ever walk on. There are three different beaches all super close. The neighborhood is safe for going on walks and you will spot monkeys, parrots, and other exotic birds in the trees.

There are lots of local restaurants nearby that are mostly all outdoor. They range from cheaper but delicious family owned hole in the walls to more expensive eco resorts! Sample a new one every day and support the local economy! Mostly all take credit cards, but it is easier to tip in cash either Costa Rican or US dollars.

There are three nearby grocery stores and much larger ones if you drive to Tamarindo or Santa Cruz. All the grocery stores take credit cards.

There are unlimited adventures you can take while visiting our home. Spend a few days at the local beach or head north to Tamarindo for a more touristy feel. You can take surf lessons, eco river tours through mangroves, or shop little beach shops! There is ziplining everywhere but for a day of adventure check out Diamonte Adventure Park or Rincon de La Viejo for tubing, ziplining, repelling etc.
