DESCRIPTION
Experience the ultimate San Diego beach vacation by staying at this wonderful home, just a short walk away from the beach, bay, and a variety of local shops, eateries, and attractions. On the top floor deck, you can bask in the ocean views while relaxing on the outdoor sofa, warming up by the firepit, or enjoying a drink at the bar table. The deck is equipped with string lighting to enhance the ambiance even after sunset. On the entry-level, there's a patio furnished with a BBQ grill and outdoor dining area, surrounded by mature palm trees, perfect for an unforgettable beach experience.
Inside, the home boasts modern upgrades with all-new furnishings and decor, including one bedroom suite with a full bathroom on each of the three levels. The second floor features the kitchen, living room, and dining area in an inviting open floor plan. The living room has comfortable furniture arranged around a large flatscreen TV mounted above a gas fireplace. The dining table can accommodate up to six guests and extends to seat two more, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your loved ones.
The main suite is located on the top floor and comes complete with a sitting area, a desk workspace in the en suite, and access to the top floor deck. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, TVs, and air conditioning. Additionally, this home offers high-speed WiFi, a two-car garage with beach gear, an in-home washer/dryer, and an outdoor shower.
