This offering comes fully equipped with 3br+3ba, 3 levels + a 4th level sky deck that spans the entire length of the house with unforgettable ocean, bay, & city views. Other featured highlights include a/c, dog ok, fire pit, sleeps 8 (7 adults max), 2 car parking, wood flooring throughout, 4 separate outdoor spaces, & short distance to shops, dining, activities, & attractions.

GROUND LEVEL (1br+1ba+patio)
Step up to this beautiful cape-cod style single family house to a full width ground level fully-fenced patio with outdoor shower, ideal for children & dogs. Step in the main front entry with vinyl wood flooring, recessed light, and br1 with 1 Queen bed, TV, ensuite ba (shower), & 2nd door that also leads to the front porch for added privacy. Rounding out this level is an attached garage with washer/dryer as well as a carport (see Parking section below).

2ND LEVEL (2br+2ba+2 decks)
This level features our master suite, complete with a King bed, TV, exclusive bay view patio, & ensuite ba with dual vanity sinks & oversized travertine tile shower. Br3 houses our bunk bed with Full + Twin, as well as a twin trundle/pullout, & includes a TV & it's own private deck. Off the hallway is a full ba with a tub/shower combo).

3RD LEVEL (main living area with deck & bay views)
Stairs lead to the 3rd level open floorplan main living area that is full of ocean breezes & natural light. The kitchen includes nice and bright/beachy white cabinets, granite counters, stainless appliances, & a set of patio doors that lead to the sky deck (see below section!). Adjacent is dining for 6, & the living room with sofa seating, SMART TV, & a 2nd separate deck with views out to the bay.

4TH LEVEL (sky deck with city+bay+ocean views)
Perhaps the best feature of this offering is our expansive rooftop sky deck that spans the full length of the house. Whether enjoying a morning coffee or evening cocktails this is the ideal gathering place with your entire group, Arguably one of the largest rooftops in all of Mission Beach, this area includes 360 degree panoramic Ocean + Bay + City Views, BBQ, multiple seating areas, & a fire pit.

• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.

Nice house, but improvements needed
We did stay for 6 nights in this house at mission bay. The house is really nice, we loved the roof terrace and had more than enough space for 5 persons. But first problems did already appear on the first day when we started to cook for dinner. Some dishes have been full of old dried food, so that we had to clean it again. After dinner we did want to use the dishwasher. When we opened it, a terrible smell came out of it and the bottom side was full of old ugly water. If somebody would have checked it in before, he would have definitely recognised it. We tried to start the dishwasher, but it didn't work, so I contacted the surfstyle team. I was impressed about the fast feedback and directly in the next day a technician was planned. But finally he didn't come. After several mails from my side, the technician did come on our 5. day, but was not able to solve the problem without a spare part. Until the end of our stay it didn't work. I hope for the next ones it has been solved. We did cook 2-3 times a day by our own, so it was a big miss. Also the bbq on the roof top terrace was full of dirt from former uses…it did take about one hour cleaning to achieve a acceptable status to use it. Just the 2 biggest examples…in general cleanliness status was the worst compared to all the other apartments and houses we stayed during our long west coast trip. In addition the area around the house is beautiful and you will find everything you need, unfortunately at our time, there was a lot of construction work around the house, so that it was really loud during the days. To summarise, really nice house in a beautiful area, but improvements in regards to cleanliness and maintenance needed!

The location is perfect having access to the bay and ocean. It served the purpose for us and we had a good time. However - The house did not feel clean to us and it is clear that a thorough cleaning needs to be done. There also needs to be basic maintenance done, making sure doors and doorknobs all work, windows too. A good coat of paint everywhere might help. The dishwasher needs to be replaced as it has mold inside it and we could not use it. The upstairs fire pit needs maintenance as well. We just got the overall feeling that the owner does not care about the property. It should be noted on the details that the parking garage and parking spot can really only accomodate smaller cars as it was extremely difficult backing out of the garage.

Incredible location an incredible views
I had family in from Virginia and we all stayed in this home over Labor Day weekend. It is just a few steps to the bay, and a two minute walk to the beach. You can see the beach and the bay from both sides. The beds were very comfortable, everything you need for a weekend getaway.

Great location, but house needs TLC
The location can't be beat, between the bay and the ocean and close to everything. There is a bathroom for each bedroom which is wonderful, tv's in each room and the house has everything you need for your stay. Our issue was the cleaning staff. The house could use some TLC; there was grime on the door, light switches were dirty, pet hair on the kitchen table, I cleaned food out of the drain, there was sand and hair in the bed sheets, spider webs (some with spiders) in the bedrooms, and when I opened the bottom drawer on the stove I could see food under it. I did reach out to the owner and asked for cleaning supplies. They said they would send someone over to clean it but I wanted to do it myself. I asked for supplies, was told they'd drop some off, never did. The cleaning staff also came to the door on 2 different days wanting to get into the garage to grab supplies. My daughter was working from the home during those days and they disturbed her calls. I don't understand why they stored items in a home that is rented out. The house has a lot of potential, it just needs to be cleaned. Thankfully I brought clorox wipes, I used them all to clean.
