* We provide a filtered cold and hot water dispenser, though, the tap water is very safe to drink, this is an amenity that we love ourselves and want to share.

* We provide standing air conditioner units that give great cool comfort on the hottest Michigan days!

* The building uses radiant heat, it's the most charming heating system with amazing old original radiators that bring so much character to the space. You can hear the water running through the pipes at times, like a peaceful waterfall. This is a beautifully even kind of heat and keeps things nice and warm in the winter months. The radiators can get fairly warm to the touch, so be aware with little children.
