Cottage mit vier Schlafzimmern zu vermieten. Das Hotel liegt 12 Meilen nördlich von Harbor Springs an der malerischen M-119 (dem national bekannten "Tunnel of Trees") in Good Hart, Michigan. Tolles Gebiet für Radfahrer (letzte Etappe der DALMAC-Radtour).

Wir bevorzugen Vermietung von Samstag bis Samstag von Juni bis August.

Das fast 2.000 m² große Haus bietet von den meisten Zimmern einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang und den Michigansee. Vier Schlafzimmer, drei Vollbäder - einschließlich Hauptschlafzimmer mit luxuriösem Pillowtop-Kingsize-Bett, 1.000er-Bettwäsche, begehbarem Kleiderschrank und angrenzendem Vollbad. In den verbleibenden drei Schlafzimmern befinden sich zwei Queensize-Pillow-Top-Betten und ein weiteres doppelt großes Pillow-Top-Bett. Zeitgenössisch fertig Keller.

Das Haus verfügt über drei separate Wohnbereiche, die große Familienfeiern ermöglichen.

Die Küche verfügt über einen Kühlschrank und einen Gasherd, einen Geschirrspüler und eine Mikrowelle, eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner sowie 4 HD-Fernseher im ganzen Haus (einschließlich 62-Zoll-Stereoanlage mit Surround-Sound im Keller). Es gibt zwei Fernseher mit Apple TV und zwei mit Roku (verfügbar für das Streamen von Netflix, Hulu, HBO Now usw. sowie lokalen Fernsehkanälen) und Blu-Ray-DVD-Playern, vier Stereoanlagen und einen Kellerraum mit Tischtennisplatte und Kartentisch - Bieten Sie allen Komfort, den Sie von zu Hause gewohnt sind. Schnelle, drahtlose Internetverbindung im ganzen Haus. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Koch- und Essgeschirr werden vom Eigentümer zur Verfügung gestellt.

Das Haus befindet sich 400 Fuß von der Straße entfernt auf einem mehr als 5 Hektar großen, waldreichen Grundstück und bietet Privatsphäre. Unterhalb des Grundstücks gelegene Strandanlage für Zugang zum Privatstrand. Zwei Township-Strände innerhalb einer Meile von Cottage. Diese Zugangspunkte ermöglichen ein angenehmes Kämmen am Strand. Viele öffentliche und halbprivate Golfplätze sind bequem mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Freizeit-Binnenseen (Burt Lake, Crooked Lake, Pickerel Lake, Larks Lake, Douglas Lake und andere) in der Nähe.

Schöne, einzigartige Geschäfte und ein Gemischtwarenladen sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

This is a beautiful piece of property overlooking Lake Michigan sunsets. The house has plenty of cooking area with a well-supplied kitchen. The three full bathrooms makes group living easy. The beds are comfortable. There are plenty of sitting areas both inside and outside. There is plenty of outside space for lawn games. Access to the lake is an easy car ride away but can be walked if you don't mind a hill. Our group has been there 3 years in a row and has already signed up for our 4th year.

Perfect relaxing Lake views

Well organized, beautiful house . Plenty of space to leave hobbies and books in progress in between hikes. We enjoyed meals at small local restaurants a few times. Everything I want for cooking and baking is provided. Sunsets are beautiful.

Fantastic views

Seven of us who went to college together in the early 70’s had our annual gathering at this home. The home was a great size with lots of room for a group to gather. It was very comfortable. But the best thing about this house is the magnificent views from the patio. The yard and patio area are fabulous. If you are in the area I would highly recommend the Pointer boat tour in Harbor Springs.

Excellent Getaway

Good Hart captured our hearts with their incredible friendly neighbors and shop owners. The beaches were beautiful, everything we could have wanted and imagined it would be. The home was clean and roomy for our family, and very well stocked. Although not directly on the water, we were less than 2 miles driving distance, which worked out well. Thank you, Pat, for opening your home to us and allowing our family to create memories that will surely last a lifetime. We would recommend Good Hart and this location to others and hope to return soon!

Great spot

We love this place. The house easily sleeps 7 and can accommodate 8 adults. The house has plenty of kitchen items for eating, cooking, drinking. It is up a long drive that removes you from traffic noise. The spacious grounds gives a wonderful view of Lake Michigan. The sunsets are spectacular. The outside area has a high end grill. The deck has 2 tables making outside eating enjoyable. There is a nice fire pit supplied with cut wood. This was our second time staying at this home and we are already reserving our stay for 2025.

The pictures don't do it justice!

Our family is absolutely in love with this property! The views are amazing and the owner has thought of EVERYTHING. So much attention to detail. Everything was clean and there was so much space that if you needed some space from the group, it was easily achieved. The basement with the ping pong table, huge TV and games galore was such a bonus! We loved the short drive to Church Beach and Legs Inn is a must for anyone staying here! We look forward to returning Summer 2016!

Beautiful view

Everything was good all eight of us had a great time. Loved the sunset. We couldn’t understand the way down to Lake Michigan. The bathroom, kitchen and Bedroom were clean. but need to do something about the mildew smell. Windows needed a little attention. But that was just me I have cleaned houses for 40 years . Overall I would give it a 4 star. The host was great Thank you Jody

Overall a wonderful stay...

The property was very nice, secluded with a good view of the lake. We spent our evenings, weather permitting, on the deck area grilling and watching the amazing sunsets. The house, particularly the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. This really had the feel of a home, not a rental. My only complaint is that you cannot access the lake from the house. We never found the easement. We ended up at the Church Beach which is a lovely Lake Michigan beach and did not disappoint.

Great house with nice views for a relaxing stay

We really enjoyed our stay. We had no problems at all; communication with the host and access to the house were perfect.The house is comfortable and plenty big enough for even a big group to spread out. The only issue with a bigger group might be that the indoor dining area can only handle about six adults. The outdoor spaces are very pleasant; we really enjoyed time on the deck overlooking Lake Michigan, and there is plenty of space out there for even a large group to sit down together. One thing to be aware of is that while there is an easement to allow beach access (which we used several times) you can't easily walk there from the house. It's just a few minutes' drive, but a rather round-about walk that probably would take 15 minutes. So you can't just pop back and forth between the beach and the house. Still, the beach is very pleasant and the fact that it's private makes it less crowded than the public beaches nearby.

Rare find

This property exceeded our expectations. The house was well appointed. The kitchen was fully stocked. It was a comfortable and pleasant space. The grounds were spacious. There were several group seating options. The deck and firepit were our favorite spots. The view of the lake and sunset were outstanding. We competed for the best sunset shot. The trip down to the lake is easy, taking only a few minutes. There are several beaches in the area all competing for best beach. The location on the Tunnel of Trees was a beautiful and great jump off spot to visit the neighboring areas. There was lots to do. We were a group of 6 guys and there was something for everyone. The bicyclers, golfers, kayakers, beach walkers, and sunbathers were all happy. The management was easily available, offering quick solutions and suggestions for our needs.

Peaceful sunsets!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunset View. cottage. Plenty of room, even for a larger group, with two living areas and a basement game room. Nice bedrooms, large kitchen with everything you might need, and nice clean bathrooms. The backyard was the place to be, on a bluff overlooking Lake Michigan. The view from the deck was so relaxing, the sunsets are beautiful! We weren't quite sure about how to get to the lake access, but figured it out with help from Patricia. You drive just around the block to an easement, and walk down a short path to the nice, sandy beach. Somewhat pebbly/rocky areas in the water, so water shoes might be helpful. Check in was easy, and Patricia was very prompt at answering any questions we had. Hopefully we will be back next year!

Quiet place in the woods

It was a nice quiet place in the woods with a view of Lake Michigan. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and pans. There were useful things like spices and dish soap and laundry soap. We enjoyed the ping pong table and the gaming table and it was nice to have a table big enough for puzzles that wasn't also where we had to eat. Sunset on the deck was very nice! We saw a lot of deer. The "church beach" was just what we needed.

Peaceful, crazy weather in May

Packed shorts and mittens, needed them both. Two days over 85! And then it went into the 40’s. You’ll never tire of the view at this cottage. The family provides lots of dishes & cookware, as well as storage stuff. We’ve stayed here before. Strangely, this time I found a plate of cooked bacon in the microwave & Spouse removed a large shard of glass from the garbage disposal. I do not hold the hosts or housekeeping responsible for this, the towels had fancy hotel folding this year. The internet service was strong enough for all our devices. The porch is great for bicycle repair. I set up my sewing machine in the living room so I can see the lake while I work on. my quilting. Windward is very special, we hope to return again. Thanks, Pat for making it available.

Lake over look

We had a great time in the quiet hamlet of Good Hart. The back yard was full of wildlife, beautiful trees, fantastic deck with grill and comfortable seating. The house was comfortable, clean and well stocked. Nice walk to the two beaches and all kinds of hiking/walking trails. The view of Lake Michigan was over the top.

Relaxing

We loved the overall comfortable homeyness of this house. We all agreed it felt lived in, and was loved, not sterile. Plenty of supplies, and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoy preparing some meals in and we had everything we needed. The beds were all very comfortable. Loved the outdoor seating, the swing esp, and watched some gorgeous sunsets. The beaches and adorable shops were super close by. Our hostess was immediately responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommended, and would go back in a heartbeat.

Peaceful by the lake

Windward is a clean, comfortable cottage with amazing views of Lake Michigan. Lots of nice kitchen utensils, tools for cooking and baking. Watching birds, going for hikes, long bicycle rides (and space to work on the bike on the porch). Hubbie saw Northern Lights for the first time. Friendly, interesting small businesses and restaurants nearby.

Warm, large cabin along the Tunnel of Trees

This home is located (in the woods just off SR119) about half-way along the Tunnel of Trees, and convenient for excursions to Mackinaw City, Harbor Springs, and Petoskey. With 4 bedrooms, it can easily house 8 adults. It is incredibly well equipped with everything we needed to cook and play. The owner was helpful and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed hikes in several nearby state parks, shopping in up-scale stores, and dinners in very good restaurants within 1/2 hour drive. We would certainly consider staying here again.

Clean, comfy, cozy cottage with amazing sunset view

The cottage was the perfect location for our family gathering. There was abundant space and comfy beds for 6 adults. The sunset deck and fire pit were great and used each day to enjoy mother nature’s end of day show. The beach is a quick 4 minute drive away. The Good Hart store is a 5 minute walk away. If you are looking for a relaxing, nostalgic stay in Good Hart this spot is a great choice!

Great location and comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay at the house with our large family of young adults/older teens. The area is quiet but close enough to action if you want it. We loved the Church beach and spending time on the outside deck. We would stay again.

This property has fabulous sunset views of Lake Michigan. It has plenty of space indoors and out for large families to gather together and find their own area to enjoy their own time. It is located along the famous M119 Tunnel of Trees. One of the most beautiful drives in the nation. This location is also a great remote home office. The location is in the heart of great numerous preserves for hiking given all the Little Traverse Conservancy properties https://landtrust.org/nature-preserve-map. You can also boat in the Great Lakes or along the inland waterway.
