Diese Einheit ist eine nicht-Golffront, Erdgeschoss, 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder (1200 sq ft) auf der Golfseite des Gulf Boulevard in Indian Rocks Beach, in einem privaten, gut erhaltenen Gebäude mit 4 Einheiten auf 2 Etagen. Unsere Halbprivatstrand ist nur wenige Schritte von diesem Gerät entfernt. Packen Sie Ihre Stühle und Sonnenschirm und Sie sind für einen erholsamen Tag am Strand ab. Verbringen Sie Ihre Zeit in der Sonne zu entspannen, machen Sie einen langen Spaziergang, verbringen Zeit Beschuss und Schwimmen im Golf von Mexiko.

Pool und Whirlpool ist offen für alle unsere Gäste bei Sonnenuntergang Paradies. Unser Pool und Liegefläche, bietet reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten, 2 große Esstische mit einem Regenschirm für zusätzlichen Schatten - haben jeweils Platz für 6 Personen. Auch erhältlich für alle unsere Gäste, ist ein Grill für jene Nächte Sie wie das Essen in das Gefühl! Sunset Paradise ist ein wunderbarer Ort zu verbringen Zeit mit Familie und Freunden oder einfach nur für 2 Personen. Unsere Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sicher. Unsere Unterkunft überblickt den Golf nicht, ist jedoch nur wenige Schritte vom Pool und vom Zugang zum Strand entfernt.

Condo ist sehr gepflegt, aktualisiert und sehr komfortabel. Die Küche ist gut bestückt, sehr offen und geräumig. Hat die meisten Artikel, die Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts, einschließlich voller Größe Herd, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine brauchen könnte, usw. Großes Wohnzimmer und kleiner Lesezimmer mit Blick auf Ihre eigene Terrasse, Sitzgelegenheiten für 4 Personen und großer 8 'Sonnenschirm. Deckenventilatoren im gesamten Gerät und Waschmaschine und Trockner im Inneren des Geräts. Dieses Gerät verfügt über 2 reservierte Parkplätze (Luxus, da der Strandparkplatz eine Prämie ist).

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit Schrank und einen Fernseher mit Fernbedienung. Das 2. Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein großes Bett mit Schrank und das 3. It was great. There was a bizarre occurrence where we found a bunch of bug wings in the sink of the en-suite bathroom. No bugs, just wings. Odd.Other than that, this is an excellent property. We loved the pool, the beach, the water was great. Would stay again.

Thank you so much ... so glad you loved the pool, beach, and water! We truly appreciate the kind words and would love to have you back. Regarding any small discoveries in the sink, we completely understand how that would seem strange! Living in Florida means sharing the paradise with a few uninvited outdoor locals who'd love nothing more than to escape the sand, heat, or rain and find a cool, inviting space. We call it the triple barrier defense: the complex is treated on an ongoing basis, the building perimeter is treated monthly, and the interior is treated every other week at minimum. Sometimes a stray visitor follows a guest in during unloading with doors open, and occasionally all we find is evidence they didn't make it far. If anything like that ever comes up during your stay, just let us know and we're happy to come by with a vacuum and sanitizing spray right away. Hope to see you again soon

Close to the beach, clean, nice extra parking spot, walking distance to many nice restauarants. property was clean, but a bit beat up. TV's were not working (modum needed reset, could not locate it), one toilet would not flush, dryer was broken, one sliding glass door was damaged, and many receptacles were out.Notified the property managment through text with phone number provided with issues and got no response back.

Thank you so much for staying with us and for taking the time to leave your feedback; we truly appreciate it! We're so glad you enjoyed the beach access, the convenient parking, and the wonderful restaurants nearby! We sincerely apologize for the maintenance issues you encountered during your stay. You deserved a seamless, worry-free experience, and we clearly fell short of that. The TV in the bedroom was acting up and has been replaced with a new, thinner, and smarter one. We've made sure to go through and replace an internal flapper, order a new part inside the dryer where it doesn't snag clothes, and sealed the one of four sliding doors. We just had the bathroom re- Porcelained and the whole condo painted top to bottom. We're having outlets tested and are consistently looking through to ensure any possible issues are all being addressed right away. These are simply not up to the standard we hold ourselves to. We're also sorry you didn't hear back after reaching out through the provided contact. That's frustrating, and we're looking into why that communication broke down so we can do better. We'd love the opportunity to welcome you back and show you what a truly great stay looks like here. Please don't hesitate to reach out directly. We'd be happy to make it right!

The check-in was super easy and the condo had everything that we could need for a getaway. We had Wi-Fi and parking was next to the unit. Access to the pool and the beach are right in front of the condo. There is a cute patio right outside the sliding glass doors where we enjoyed breakfast. Many restaurants are within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very roomy and everyone enjoyed staying together in one place.

We had a great stay here, it was a great space and location. Wi-Fi didn’t seem to work in one bedroom, and bathrooms (showers) were a little dated but overall we didn’t have any issues and would recommend it. Thank you!

As you may know, our community is still bouncing back from some significant weather events, and while we’ve made tremendous progress to be one of the first with a gleaming pool and area for guests to enjoy, there is always on-going upkeep and beautifying to stay fresh during Spring Break, our craziest season in Florida. We’re sorry to hear about the patio doors; thank you for bringing that to our attention. I didn't notice any issues when I opened them for cleaning and prepping the space, but we’ll make sure our team takes a closer look so future guests can enjoy that space to the fullest. Great Experience

This place is right on the beach, less than a minute walk to the beach from the unit making it easy with little ones. We loved having the option of the pool and the beach. Short walk to restaurants/coffee shops/convenient stores making this a great property. Cam was easy to communicate with. You won’t be disappointed.

Fun in the Sun!

Condo was perfect for our family of 5. Lots of room for everyone and the perfect distance from the pool and beach!!

Kids vacation

Great place to stay great axis to beach and restaurants.All the other guests were great.Kids and grandkids had a great time.Looking forward to going back next year

Sun and Fun In Indian Rocks Beach

Good location, beautiful sunsets, pool and beach access good, parking at condo good, condo was a little dated but in a great location. Good restaurants and shopping nearby. Owner's rep was easy to work with and stopped by to meet us. Enjoyed our 3 week stay.

Thank you for the lovely review! We’re so glad you soaked up the sun, fun, and those famous Indian Rocks Beach sunsets. Glad the pool, beach, and parking all passed the vacation vibe check! Yes, the condo has a little ‘retro charm’.....kind of like a Florida postcard come to life. It was a pleasure to swing by and say hello and have you for three weeks, and we hope to welcome you back for more sunsets and seafood soon!

Great beachside condo

The condo was perfectly situated with a pool and direct access to the beach so that everyone in our group was able to enjoy their own ideal “fun in the sun” vacation. Check in and check out was super easy and the condo representative provided great instructions and ideas for local exploring.

Girls trip

Thanks for the review! We're so glad the girls' trip had a great home base....location on point and facilities playing nice! Hopefully there was just the right mix of beach time, laughs, and maybe a little too much group snacking. Come back anytime for more sunshine and sisterhood!

Love the location!

Location is awesome! Close to restaurants and stores. Cameron handled any problems we had quickly and efficiently! This was our second time there and we will be back again!
