As others have written, I too was impressed by the cleanliness of the condo, its proximity to the beach and having a good quantity of beach items (6 or more beach chairs, several umbrellas, a float, a fishing net, a blowup beach ball) at our disposal was really wonderful since we flew to Naples and couldn't bring those items with us. The fact that the beach is literally across the street is fabulous. I didn't even wear shoes most days so we weren't weighed down by stuff getting to the beach.Everything in the condo was in good condition and very comfortable. There were written directions about everything which made everything easy. The kitchen was well stocked which made meals for 6 easy. We had fairly strong storms on several days of our stay. One storm was so strong that it ripped the screening off the lanai!! I reported it promptly and a handyman came the next day to replace the screening. That is fast service. If I'm being picky, the price of the condo in August in Naples was high so I expected everything to be at our disposal. There were no paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, etc that would have made things perfect. There is also no workout facility in the building. Having said that, however, I would love to stay there again. It was perfect for our family.
