The home has open living & dining spaces connected to kitchen. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two ways to access the shell stone pool deck and spa from the kitchen and guest room. Lush tropical landscaping and palm trees in the backyard enhance the resort feeling with large outdoor dining and lounging space. Home has all you will need for beach days or lounging and dining at the bungalow.

One mile to Vanderbilt Beach! Walking routes to Connors Park, Delnor-Wiggins Beach Park and Vanderbilt Beach. Dog friendly home and neighborhood with 3 dog parks within a short drive. Extremely convenient and close to Whole Foods, Publix, Trader Joes, Dunkin Dounuts, Starbucks, Mercato Dining and Shoping, 2 Movie Theaters, Walmart, Delnor-Wiggins Beach Park, Vanderbilt Beach and much more. 25 minutes to RSW Airport.

We have 4 bikes with helmets, beach umbrellas, beach chairs and beach towels for your use during your stay. Washer and dryer are located in the garage for laundry and the barbecue is located in the back yard for use. Dogs are welcome for an additional fee.

We had a lovely 10night stay at this property. The house was as described in the listing and had everything we needed for a family holiday. The pool area was a highlight for us and the host was able to accommodate our requests for use of the spa in timely manner. We appreciated that the garage was stocked with beach equipment and bikes. The beach was a lovely 20minute walk/ 5min cycle from the house. We have stayed in multiple rentals over the years and the communication with the owner is by far the best we have experienced. I would not hesitate to book this property again.

Naples Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this property in Naples Park. The home was perfect for family of two children, three adults and had everything we needed to enjoy a week long vacation. The backyard is a showstopper with a gorgeous heated pool, spa, lounge chairs and plenty of seating for hosting our family who live nearby. Marc was a great host and was very responsive to our questions, addressed and resolved a minor house issue immediately. We would stay here again!

Great Naples Getaway

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely house. The house itself was comfortable, with a great pool, modern amenities, and well equipped. We enjoyed our time there very much, and appreciated the thought and care that had clearly gone into making the house a welcoming and enjoyable place to stay. This property is very nice, comfortable and well stocked. The backyard is awesome…..beautiful with a heated saltwater pool and a great spa. Bed was very comfortable. TV was even easy to use! Marc was very responsive to our questions and needs. A two thumbs up property!

Wonderful Naples Home

Charming, well-maintained bungalow-style home. The furnishings and layout made for a very comfortable stay for our 5 person group. The landscaped pool/backyard was stunning. We've stayed at many homes with pools. This is the first one where my family spent time poolside on a daily basis. The Naples Park neighborhood is a great location with close proximity to 2 beach access points. I would highly recommend this home for your next visit to Naples.

Little nicer than we thought. Road construction was unexpected. The hot water wasnt really hot. The hot tub you get 3 hours per day and takes that half the time tonget warm. Pool was over filled so cold water slowed down hot tub aense they flowed into each other. Otherwise was nicer than we expected and location was good. Pool area was great. Garage was full of beach stuff so was great. Manager was very helpful.

Perfect location

Marc and Shay’s home is located in the center of everything. It’s walkable to the beach and is a lovely neighborhood. The best part about the home was not that they had a sick brand new pool and hot tub, or the spacious 3 bedrooms with king size beds and twin beds, or the two full size bathrooms, or the fully stocked kitchen equipped with everything you could need. It’s not even the Weber Genesis grill ready for cooking up a storm. What it is, is the generosity that was shown from Marc and Shay. They welcomes us with snacks and a bottle of wine and even brought over donuts one day. Just because. Look no more. This place is it.

Perfect Florida getaway home. The pool is amazing. We brought some floats & floated our stress away. The host is super attentive & a great communicator. We really enjoyed the comfort of the home, the quiet neighborhood & close proximity to beaches, restaurants & shopping. The walking path leads you directly to the beach without crossing an major roads. We plan on returning next year!

We have a modern style pool and spa with lush landscaping all around. Evenings in the backyard are quiet with star-filled skies. In the back yard, string lights, landscaping lights and pool lights create a soothing and relaxing resort style vibe. Guests can bring a dog with approval from owners and additional pet fee.
