Only a half of a mile from the heart of Lauderdale by the Sea, you are just a short stroll away from the shops, cafe, restaurants and the beautiful ocean and pier that make LBTS the quaint, charming town it is known for. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house features an open concept floor plan, perfect for any gathering! A gorgeous, tropical outdoor area features a solar heated saltwater pool, outdoor dining area, and chaise lounges!

LIVING AREAS

An open concept floor plan makes this house great for group of friends as you can enjoy the spacious living area with fantastic views to the pool and tropical backyard.

KITCHEN & DINING

A fully equipped kitchen awaits you when you don't want to take a stroll to the local eateries. Keep the chef company with two bar stools at the kitchen island. For sit-down areas, you have a main dining area inside the house which seats 8, an outdoor dining table that also seats 8, and a breakfast nook which sits 4.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This house features 3 bedrooms, all of which have access to the backyard pool area and flatscreen TV's.

The master bedroom features a king size bed and beautiful ensuite master bath.

Very nice house and location.

House was very nice and clean. It’s in a great location and the yard and pool were very nice.Unfortunately the outside TV didn’t work, I would definitely stay there again.

Great location, nice house, great layout

We had a great stay at Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. The house was laid out nicely, and it was in a great location, within easy walking distance to restaurants and the beach. The property manager responded very promptly to any issues that came up. The solar-heated pool was not as warm as we had hoped, but other than that, all was great.

Nice Stay; Great Location; Cold Pool

This is a beautiful property, with a nice layout. The location is great - within walking distance of the beach and restaurants/bars in downtown Lauderdale By The Sea.We had a couple of issues upon check-in. The property manager was responsive.Couple of things to note:We really wanted to watch NFL football games. They were not available on the Roku stations, so we attempted to download an app that we could utilize to watch. However, a code was required. When we asked for the code, we were told that the owner was traveling that day and we would receive it the next day. However, we never received it. This would be helpful information to include in the binder, with other house information.The water for showers is lukewarm.The biggest disappointment was the "solar" heated pool. We selected the house / paid a premium to have a pool, that unfortunately we were unable to use during our stay. Even on the 80 degree days, it was so cold that no one could go in the water past their ankles.

When we checked in we loved the house and location. We turned on the tv to watch our normal shows only to find out it was Roku TV. We were promised this whe we booked because my wife had a stroke and when she is tired she wants to watch her shows. We called the manager said she was sorry be could only correct this on 2 of the 5 TV’s and the TV in the kitchen never worked. Next, the bathroom sink stopped up. We called and The plumber came over and after 3 or more hours he unstopped it. Then when we could not turn it on the dishwasher. He said he could not fix it but he would come back. He never did fix it but it did work 3 times during our 23 day stay we finally quit cooking There were many outlets that did not work in the house. When the engineer came he checked everything and Said he could not fix it that this house has electrical problems. Then a few days before we were to leave at 3:30 in the morning the smoke detectors went off and it took us an hour to turn off. No one came. I notified mgmt but no one came. The knives we dull, frying pans we scarred up,and not enough plates and bowls especially with no dishwasher. As I said it was a nice house in a great location but with all these electrical problems which could be dangerous we did not have a pleasant stay.

Nice quiet location

My family of 4like to travel and we usually book our houses on Vrbo or other sites. This house looked nice with 3 bedrooms, pool, walking distance to the beach. This property had no reviews and we had some doubts but still decided to take a chance. Andy the host was very responsive and replied to all my questions before our booking. On the day of our trip I noticed that we didn't get any house entry instructions. Tried to contact Andy before our flight and after we landed and no response. Wee arrived at the house around 6:30pm and only at 7:17pm we received a text message from Andy after I cay Vrbo customer service. We been contacted by Elizabeth to get the entry code for the house. About the house, the house is spacious and the rooms are nice size. The kitchen well stocked. The mattress in master bedroom too soft in my opinion. The decor of the house looks very tired and needs renovation every thing is not smooth. The master bathroom toilet needs serious service, don’t thing to go no”2 in this toilet! The toilet doesn’t drain very well and slow flush. Be prepared to use plunger a lot. There some burned outlets in the bathroom.The sound system in not active and no way to listen to music and there is a dead roach inside TV cabinet. Solar pool was very cold and only after 3 days some one came by to activate it. But the water in the pool never got warmer a nought a specially when it’s cloudy. The outdoor chairs not the same as on the site and all rusted and 2 chairs broken legs.
