Sehr freundlicher Kontakt nach der Buchung. Persönlicher Empfang durch Ali. Das ganze Haus sehr sauber und gepflegt. Super Pool. Top angelegt. Die Vermieter waren immer zu erreichen. Sehr ruhige und angenehme Nachbarschaft. Zentral Lage für viele Ausflüge. Insgesamt ein perfektes Haus für unseren Familienurlaub. Wir haben jede Minute genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder. Probably one of the best places I’ve stayed in Fort Lauderdale! The property is clean, private, and quiet. My family and I come to Fort Lauderdale at least twice a year and we will definitely book this home again. Although it was only my husband and I this time, we will surely be back. Casa Coconut did not disappoint. The house was perfect for our vacation. The house and property were very clean and well taken care of. Everything you may need is provided including beach chairs, beach wagon and plenty of towels. They have thought of everything. The location was great. A quick walk to the beach, close to restaurants and stores. Brian and Ali were very responsive during the booking process and checked in while we were there to make sure we were happy. We will definitely be saving the property for future trips.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! As mentioned in other reviews the house is so well maintained, cared for and clean. The owners were very responsive when we had questions. Check in was very easy as was check out. The location is great, lots of walkable options, beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The backyard pool area is an oasis, the pool was clean and well maintained as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent home and location

I had a meeting at The Westin down the beach and my wife and I didn’t want to stay on property. This house was perfect for our needs and very close to the hotel! Would highly recommend!!

We arrived to 2 broken beds. Bed in middle room had leg broken off. Bed in room near pool had clearly been broken by last person who stayed and propped up. Bed in master propped up by cinder blocks. We contacted owner immediately. We didn't need all four beds and they thanked us for letting us know. After we discovered the 2nd broken bed - no response was given. 2 of us had to sleep on couches. No refund or solution was offered by owners who are apparently not checking on the condition of the property before renting it out. Definitely not worth the price we paid for beds we couldn't sleep in. This property is also not close to the restaurants or beaches of Ft. Lauderdale's main area. NOT worth the money.

The home is amazing as are the landscaping and pool! The owners are very responsive and helpful! We would definitely stay again. There isn’t access to the garage but they have all the beach equipment you can think of including a cart! They have thought out every detail! When there was an issue the owner addressed it immediately! They even have a box fan in the spare bedroom. I recommend this place to family’s, the adults and kids alike will love it!

Family Fun

This is the second time we utilized this facility. Accommodation are wonderful and host/owners are easy to contact and chat with. Place is close to everything. Only thing was the outdoor pool cushions were not well kept from last year. Pool area is phenomenal and very relaxing so not having good cushions was a disappointment. Plan to come back again soon.

Fantastic place to relax and unwind

We stayed here for 5 nights following a hectic week in Orlando. Casa Coconut provided us with the perfect place to relax and unwind but was close enough to all Lauderdale-by-the-Sea has to offer - which is a lot! Ali and Brian are fantastic hosts and responded immediately when we asked for advice regarding a medical issue. Book this place - you won’t regret it!

Ali is originally from Scituate, MA and has been a local Real Estate Broker in the Greater Fort Lauderdale Beach area for over 10 years! Brian is originally from Pittsburgh, PA.

We are only one short block away from the beach! There is no public parking near our deeded beach entrance so this gives you a much less crowded portion of the beach to enjoy. We are a short 10 min walk to downtown Lauderdale-By-The-Sea! We are located in a Quiet Upscale Prestigious Neighborhood.

Parking for the beaches in Fort Lauderdale and Lauderdale by the Sea is hard to come by, avoid the hassle and walk to the beach. Avoid wasting beach time looking for parking then paying a fortune to park. Stay on the island and walk to everything.

We try to have everything that our guests could possibly need on vacation readily available. If they like to bake, we have rolling pins, pie pans, and cookie sheets! If they like to barbecue, we have everything you could possibly need! If they like to play in the sand at the beach, we have lots of sand toys! If they like to check out great restaurants and bars, there are many to choose from just a short walk away! If they like to lounge in the pool, we have all sorts of pool floats! If they like to watch TV, we offer every channel available! If they like to watch TV while lounging in the pool, we have that covered too! Watch your favorite shows from our poolside outdoor TV! It’s important to us that Casa Coconut fits the needs of EVERYONE in the group or family staying with us!
