Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. The food in the couch cushions was not reported to us, nor did we receive any proof. The water leak from the neighboring unit was out of our control, but we promptly contacted the HOA once it was reported. The issue with the broken cabinet hinges was also addressed when it was brought to our attention. We appreciate your comments and are committed to improving our property for future guests.
