Donna Rückzug auf Rockaway Ct ist eine einzige Familie, Haustiere erlaubt, auf zwei Ebenen, 3-Bett / 2 Bad Privathaus auf dem Bayside of North Mission Beach. Es hat eine offene California Küche (sehr gut ausgestattet!), ein gemütlicher Ess- und Wohnbereich mit heller Einrichtung im fröhlichen und Strandstil, Kabel-Internet mit WiFi, Kabelfernsehen, DVD / VCR und Stereoanlage. Das Elternschlafzimmer ist im Erdgeschoss mit einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne / Dusche befindet. Es verfügt über ein Doppelbett und Kabel-TV. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und ein drittes Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Das Badezimmer zwischen den beiden Schlafzimmern ist in voller Größe mit Wanne / Dusche. Es gibt ein Queen-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer, wenn zusätzliche Schlafraum erforderlich. Es verfügt über eine Doppelgarage. Die Waschmaschine und Trockner nimmt etwas von dem Parkplatz, aber es wird zwei Kleinwagen oder ein größerer SUV passen. Rufen Sie uns für Messungen, wenn Sie Fragen über die Größe haben. Große Außenterrasse komplett eingezäunt und landschaftlich schön für die Privatsphäre. Es verfügt über Gas-Grill und Tisch und Stühlen für 4 Erwachsene plus 2 Beach Cruiser Fahrräder, Boogie Boards und Strandkorb


Mission Bay und Mission Beach San Diego: Mission Bay liegt nur 40 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Es gibt einen weißen Sandstrand und eine schöne Promenade zum Wandern, Radfahren und Inlineskaten. Die Bay-Seite neigt dazu, weniger aktiv als der Ozean-Seite von Mission Beach und Sie können über den Pazifischen Ozean in nur 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß. Es gibt mai wunderbaren Restaurants für Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen zu Fuß erreichbar! Das Strandhaus bietet Platz für bis zu acht Gäste und ist ganzjährig als Ferienwohnung verfügbar.

Awesome spot

Wonderful spot for kids, parents and grandparents on our stay.. comfortable slept 6 and very well equipped with beach toys, bikes n chairs. Steps from the bay, close enough for the kids to run back n forth and also very close to the beach action but quiet at night.

Convenient location, great time in San Diego!

This is a great townhouse one block from Mission Beach and just a short drive to all the major attractions. There were a few good dining options within walking distance. The Interior is a bit dated but the listing description was accurate from photos. The condo was stocked with a good amount of supplies. Overall we enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting San Diego again!

Location! Location! Location!

The property is a great location. Easy walk to beach or bay - and near shopping and restaurants. My single complaint is the stained carpet and overall lack of tlc given to the house. I understand because of where the house is located people will rent it without any updates, but it is just kind of a bummer.

Family Rendezvous

We arranged to meet our young adult children in San Diego for the week and this home provided a great space for us to spend time together. The home is conveniently located near the beach and the bay. We enjoyed boogie boarding, Frisbee, and sunning at the beach while the bay gave us an opportunity to rent and experiment with paddle boards. There was no shortage of attractions (amusement park, restaurants, biking, coffee shops) within walking distance to keep us all satisfied.

Close to beach and commerces

This is definitely a lively area, even more so on weekend days. I wasn’t familiar with the mission bay atmosphere and was expecting it to be more like La Jolla. The beach is great, long and unobstructed. Great restaurants. You can walk to just about Everything you need for a few days Patio is lively and great for outdoor meals. It is downstairs from the kitchen. Interior definitely older, but accurate from photos. Nancy’s mgt company was awesome. Super quick response time to the minor issue we had.

Great size & location

Pros: location (4 minute walk to the beach), space (3 bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa and there was a bunk bed and another twin in one room), dog friendly, newer flooring, great water pressure. My 2020 Ford Expedition did fit with about two inches to spare front and back and we had to pull forward to use the washer and dryer. We did have to park our second vehicle elsewhere. Nice beach chairs, boogie boards, toys and bikes to borrow. Cons: being so close to Mission Blvd you do hear traffic, no AC, no dishwasher, very little area for the dog to potty, kitchen needs remodeling but functional. Fans were provided but box fans would be a better choice. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Great home, great location

We loved our stay in this home. The home could use a few upgrades. There is no garbage disposal, no dishwasher and the carpet is worn. They are minor things that aren't a huge deal. The home was comfortable, beds were nice, and it was clean. There were also beach toys, chairs and bikes in the garage (we couldn't use them because of weather but they seemed to be in working order). The washer and dryer were nice to have and were very clean. As mentioned in the description, garage parking room is limited. We were upgraded by the rental agency to a Toyota 4runner. It fit parked at an angle. It worked for us but space is something to be mindful of if travelling with a bigger group or 2 cars. Even in January, Street parking was limited. The communication with Nancy's vacation rental was great. They were responsive and checked in with us to make sure there were no problems. They allowed us an early check in which was so appreciated. Every communication I had with them was very professional and they were very kind. Location is fantastic. The home is just off of the bay and is walking distance to Mission Beach and Belmont park or Pacific Beach. Many walkable food options and a grocery store. Short drive to sea world, San Diego Zoo and other area beaches. I would happily stay in this home again and will look for other listings from Nancy's vacation rentals for my future San Diego trips.

The house is located between the bay and ocean. Super easy access for each; located with easy walking distance of several great restaurants. One house back from the Main Street so a little noisy at times. Carpet was a bit stained but clean. But overall, really enjoyed the stay.

Our stay at Rockaway

It's a great spot. All was fine. We loved the yard and the pet friendlyness. Garage was great we fit an Equinox and a Mini Cooper in it. It's a bit crowded with the amount of furniture. Could probably pull some pieces and rearrange for more space. Also it's quite outdated and no dish washer. Everything was fine but the carpet really needs to go. I was expecting tile or laminate and the carpet was everywhere and very worn and stained etc. Nothing was bad just could use some love and updating. We still had a nice stay here with our family. Close to everything and many great things like the bikes came in handy! All in all a good stay.

Fully loaded for a family stay

We enjoyed every minute at this property! The kitchen was fully loaded with everything for our cooking needs. Plenty of beach toys, bikes, chairs, boogie boards, you name it!. There is a private courtyard that is fully secure, perfect for chilling with friends or for kids. The house was comfy, the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet. We will definitely be back again!

Christmas Vacation

We visited for 4 days between Christmas and New Year's. The location of the house was excellent. It is an older home so the interior features are older and worn. It definitely could use a new coat of paint and some new flooring. It was clean enough for this visit. I generally like something really clean but it was okay. There were 2 long black hairs in the tub so not sure how good the cleaners are that come in, but again it was okay. The appliances all worked good. About half the outlets didn't work but we made do with what was there. We spent as much time out as we could so didn't really hang out inside. The property allows small dogs and I took mine, so that was a positive feature. We enjoyed ourselves and have no outstanding complaints about any of it. Would recommend to anyone-just know that it is older without many upgrades and cleanliness is just okay.

Mission Beach

We recommend a car for navigating San Diego, but public transportation is just a couple blocks away. If you`re planning to stay put in Mission and Pacific Beach, there is no need for cars! Just ride our provided bikes or walk the neighborhood.

What to expect after booking:
We manage properties on behalf of our owners. Upon confirming your booking, we will send you a rental agreement for your upcoming stay which you will need to complete. This agreement reviews our terms and conditions, house rules and policies, and what to expect of your stay. We will also contact you within 24 hours of the booking to obtain contact information and to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding your upcoming visit. The check-in details will not be shared until the rental agreement has been signed, payment has been made, and the guest has connected with one of our guest services agents.

In addition to completing our electronic rental agreement, you will also be required to participate in our identity verification process. The Verify Hub service is offered through Autohost; an intelligent guest screening software that automates ID verifications, background and credit checks, security deposits and more, helping to improve guest experience and safety. Please note: for the credit card verification, a $2 hold will be placed on the card to run the report. This hold will never process and will fall off automatically within 7 days.

Property Appearance:
Vacation rentals in San Diego are for the most part, second homes for the owners. Therefore, some furniture or decor may differ from what is pictured because the owners needed or wanted to replace something. Professional photos are expensive and we can not re-photograph the rental every time something is changed but we do maintain the listing content with any notable furnishing changes especially related to sleeping arrangements. (*Please note: We do not give refunds because a piece of furniture or artwork has changed)

Property Responsibilities:
If you have never stayed in a vacation rental before, we are not a hotel, WE ARE BETTER! We offer many of the same luxuries of a hotel with the comfort and space of home to share with your whole family. Our property owners are our friends and we work with each owner to offer a special, specific and ideal environment for guests to experience and enjoy. All of our homes offer similar amenities so you can expect the same experience whenever staying with us.

With that said, we need you to do your part in helping us maintain each home. Please be attentive to ALL RESPONSIBILITIES as a guest of our home. Trash/Recycling, Check-out duties, Communication to management, Replacement of keys/fobs/remotes, and Care of the home all help us give each guest and family a home to feel at home in. We appreciate your assistance in making our homes and our business unlike any other!

ALL OF OUR PROPERTIES ARE NON-SMOKING.
Many buildings are also managed by HOAs who will fine guests for misconduct.

Noise:
This home is in a residential neighborhood and, as such, is a NOISE SENSITIVE property. Respect must be shown for the property and neighbors at all times. No loud music, parties, and or loud talking outside after 9 pm. Violation of these rules MAY result in immediate eviction from the property per your rental agreement, and/or fines from the San Diego Police. Please review your rental agreement for complete details and rules about your home!

Starter Kit:
We like our guests to feel at home as soon as they arrive! We provide a ‘starter kit’ to help our guests get settled without needing to rush off to the store. Our kits include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soap, linens, towels, kitchen sponges, dish soap, laundry detergent and fabric softener, dishwasher soap when applicable, trash bags, extra blankets, sometimes extra pillows, extra sheets-for sleeper sofas, hair dryers, ironing boards, kitchens fully stocked-enough for max occupancy with some extra settings, toasters, some waffle makers, blenders, tool kits, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, and co2/fire detectors.

Arrival/Departure Policy:
Check in time is 3 pm and strictly enforced. (From Memorial Day through Labor Day, check-in is at 4pm)
Check out time is 11 am.
Please follow all instructions for your arrival and departure in our email and phone call correspondence. There is signage around the home to assist with the use of amenities and questions that you may have during your stay. We are available too, even after hours-give us a call!

Holiday 2024 Policy:
6 night minimum AND Saturday check-in is REQUIRED during our holiday season (December 21-January 4). One reservation CANNOT take both holidays, unless it is a 2-week reservation. There are no arrivals OR departures on Christmas or New Year's Day.

Summer 2024 Policy:
Beginning Memorial Day to Labor Day, Saturday to Saturday is required with 6-7 night reservations. On July 4th 2024, check-in or check-out is NOT permitted. An arrival on a Friday or Sunday may be possible, please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you.

Last Minute Booking Policy:
If a guest books with us directly or on any OTA such as Airbnb and VRBO, within 72 hours of arrival, verification credentials are required. By making a payment on the reservation, the guest agrees to comply with our last minute booking policy.

To properly vet a guest with such short notice requires the following; a “selfie” photo specifically of the booking guest’s face and holding either a Driver’s License, Passport or State ID photo under their chin. We are just looking for a name to match and the photo on the ID to match that of the person in the selfie. This can be sent by email or text to our company email address. Additionally, we need to confirm guest details such as payment, contact information, applicable check-in time, number of guests and ages, any pets, etc.

This process is required, and if a guest refuses to comply then the reservation will be canceled. We have found this procedure to be successful in avoiding fraud, and protecting all parties! We appreciate your cooperation and we are available to help with any questions.

Nightly Minimum Policy:
4 night minimum required in the off season.
6 nights AND a Saturday Check-in is REQUIRED during peak season (June - August). Arrival on Friday or Sunday instead may be an option.

Pet Policy: This property is pet-friendly. Please note: a pet fee of $200 plus tax for the first pet, and $150 plus tax for second pet. Please send breed and pet description(s) for approval on your pet’s stay.

Rate Policy: Prices change on a daily basis so the rates you see today may be higher or lower when booking!

Age Policy: We do not typically rent to guests under the age of 25 or large parties. Please contact us prior to booking to see how we may accommodate your group.
