Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

Take in the ocean views at this wonderful 1-bedroom villa. The open kitchen and living area are well-appointed to accommodate all your needs. The kitchen has been recently renovated. The dining table seats 2. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the bathroom has a walk-in shower.

This villa offers great amenities that are ideal for the whole family. Oceanfront pool and kiddie pool. large sun deck with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. A private boardwalk leads you right to the beach, just steps away from the pool area. After an exciting day at the beach, you will enjoy the outdoor shower and rising area before returning to your villa.

Very nice condo on the beach with a nice ocean view. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. Good Communication with mgmt. They promptly fixed an issue we had. The only complaint that we had is that the sofa’s are not very comfortable to sit on or as a bed (even worse). I could not sleep on the sofa, so my husband had to put up with my snoring. Otherwise, it was very lovely

The view from the 2nd floor onto the ocean was amazing. You could sit on the balcony and read a book with the waves crashing in the background. The location was fantastic with less than a 5 minute walk to stores and restaurants. The only downside we had was that the bed was quite hard.

Close to stuff

It was very close to Colgny Plaza and the beach. We had a wonderful view from our room and a table set to enjoy. The only down side was the bathroom is so small.

Great Location!

Clean, well-equipped condo in a wonderful location. Close to everything in Coligny area, on the beach, had a great stay. The building/development is somewhat older but things are in good shape.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I think the overall location and quality of the room was very very good. Everything was absolutely perfect. For 2 days, the WiFi did not work and the AC even went out and started leaking water all over my belongings. Again, everything else was perfect besides these two things, but in the middle of August having lousy AC is unacceptable.

Thank you for your feedback, Andrew. We had a professional go to the property to fix the AC issue, which then after we had a property manager go check the AC to confirm if it was working. Unfortunately you did not report your Wi-Fi issues so we were unable to assist you, but the Wi-Fi is working.

Would suggest a short writeup on how to operate the television and who to call if it doesn’t work. We eventually called Spectrum & spent an hour before finally getting set to work properly. And wifi login instructions in condo were different from what office told us & different yet from what we finally got to work.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was just a beautiful as pictured! The view of the beach and the balcony were absolutely wonderful. We loved the table for meals out there and the small couch for lounging. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for a short stay, the bed was great compared to others! The bathroom towels were ready and the washer and dryer were a huge convenience. The AC worked great all week along with the ceiling fans, it was a hot one while we were in and that was refreshing. My only complaint is only one elevator was working and it was on the opposite side of the complex and we didn’t have the gate code for access to and from the pool/beach. Otherwise the location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants.

The condo is a bit small, but great for a person vacation or getaway. The balcony was the best part. Perfect views of the beach, privacy walls, nice high top chairs and table. Was absolutely perfect for the morning conference sessions to sit out with a cup of coffee and enjoy the sunrise and beach goers. The proximity to the beach, restaurants and activities on the island was perfect. Either walk across the road to coligny, or no more than 10-15 min drive to the north side of the island. We went to the tiki hut a few nights as it was just a very short walk on the beach from the condo. Overall, a fantastic beachfront location for a couple!
