We loved the location. We felt it needed some TLC. Balcony screen needs replacing, 2 fans need replacing, better quality bedding would make the bedroom more inviting, needs some ceiling repairs also. I had to remove a cheap down pillow which shed all over me and the bed so I had to wash the bedding. The garbage disposal had to be repaired while we were there and a water line repair in the parking area left us without water for a few hours. But the host was quick in responding to the repair and we were notified of the water line repair in the parking area before they turned the water off. We feel the living room furniture needs cleaning and the floors needed cleaning too. The rugs were dingy looking and the silverware and some dishes were dirty. The view was oceanfront and beautiful and an easy walk to the beach. We always had a good parking spot too. They are really strict about the parking for occupants. Also the security is always checking vehicles to make sure they belong. Scott who works security was pleasant and helpful anytime you needed anything. All in all a very relaxing time in Hilton Head at The Breakers.

Amazing Views and location

The condo was great - just what we needed. Couldn't beat the view and proximity to the pool, stores and ocean. The bike rentals were a plus too. e biked to dinner every night! No complaints, only praises for this property!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and updated. The view from the balcony was beautiful! The vacation was relaxing! My only negative comment was that the 2 skillet pans need to be replaced as the nonstick surface was peeling on both. All other pans looked new and there were plenty of dishes, glassware and flatware. We had a great stay and hope to return!

Great Views

Excellent location with fantastic views of beach. Small but well laid out inside. It’s an older complex , but condo 312 has been renovated recently and modernized. Perfectly located for walking to restaurants and supermarket and very short walk to the beach. Would be a bit cramped for more than a couple , as bathroom is small. Really enjoyed sitting on patio in morning and evening overlooking the beach.

First Time to HHI

We love Breakers 312! The property is just as advertised - clean, newly furnished, amazing beachfront view, and we loved having the two complimentary bicycles available to us. Island Rentals is great to work with and was very responsive to any and all needs - we would definitely rent from them again as well as return to Breakers 312.

Great place, location and service

Our family of 4 had an amazing time. View was incredible. Condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were shocked while driving to Hilton Head we received a text stating our room would be ready early at 1pm. I’ve never had a location notify me we could check in early. We had one issue with the dryer not working and the property management sent someone within 15 minutes to check it out and when they needed to order a part, they picked up our clothes and had them cleaned by a laundry service. Can’t say enough great things about their level of service!

KEEP IN MIND YOU ARE PAYING FOR THE BEING ON THE BEACH

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You are paying for easy access to the beach and Coligny Plaza.What you are getting, is a room that at best is OK'ish. The fan is filthy, the top of light switches are filthy (I took sanitizing wipes to them), the dryer lint trap fell off as I was taking it out to clean and dropped filth and rust in the dryer (which I then had to clean), the woodwork is sticky, the ice maker didn't work (had to buy bags of ice), the wicker tables are filthy in the grooves (need to be taken outside and take a hose and brush to them, when taking a blanket out to use it had what I am hoping was baby puke on it, and the two carpets were so dirty I didn't even want to walk on them.Take a blackout curtain because the security light is right outside the door. And you can see light coming through at the top of the door. I reported the ice maker not working and the dryer vent. The management sent someone to look at the dryer and order a new vent and brought us a bag of ice. The second week we were there, the ground crew decided it was time to fix and paint the access bridge to the beach. They made a "path" through the landscaping. You needed hiking boots to get through the path without falling. Taking beach chairs, umbrella and wagon was a disaster. Always put the security chain on the door when you are in the room because management and the bug spray guy can just come in anytime.It is the last time we stay at the Breakers.
