Luxury updated Sea Pines condo near the Sea Pines Beach Club and the Sea Pines Plantation Golf Club. You can walk to world class amenities in Sea Pines and beautiful beaches from 56 Woodbine Place. Gorgeous views of lagoon and golf course from the bright sunroom. You can relax and enjoy the view from the outdoor living space after a long day at the beach. Master bedroom has king size bed with en suite full bath. The guest room has a queen size bed with bunk beds that fold down from the wall. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans to prepare all those gourmet meals. You have a large living room with great views of the golf course. You can use the South Beach Marina pool for $95 per week for a family of four. Fabulous location.

Hilton Head Vacation Woodbine Condo

Beautiful condo! Close proximity to everything we needed. The unit was very comfortable, well equipped and clean. The location was great and we would stay there again. We enjoyed our stay, but I would offer the following suggestions including: 1. The patio furniture needs to be replaced with new furniture to include covers. 2. The dishwasher racks need to be replaced or a new dishwasher should be installed. 3. The property manager Robert Young and his team were excellent to work with before and after we checked in to the property. 4. The location of the property is on Atlantic Dunes golf course and is perfect. 5) The layout of the condo is excellent for two couples / families as the bedrooms are separated away from each other. 9) The sunroom is beautiful / delightful and has great views of #10 green on Atlantic Dunes golf course. Overall, we would rent the property again. Overall, the location of the unit in Sea Pines is outstanding as it is also close to the Sea Pines Beach Club and beach access.

South Carolina Vacation

Overall, we enjoyed our stay but I would offer the following suggestions including: 1) washer and dryer are outside in a storage area along with the water heater - I would move washer and dryer inside where they are more accessible. We would also suggest turning the temp up on the hot water heater. 2) I would suggest more frequent pest control service as the South Carolina climate is filled with bugs and insects 3) The patio furniture needs to be replaced with new furniture to include covers 4) There were light bulbs out and the property manager gave us new bulbs to replace the non-working bulbs 5) The dish washer racks need to be replaced or a new dish washer should be installed 6) The property manager Robert Young was excellent to work with before and after we checked in to the property 7) The location of the property is on Atlantic Dunes golf course and is right in the middle of golfer paradise 8) The layout of the condo is very good for two couples as the bedrooms are separated away from each other. 9) The sunroom is delightful and has great views of #10 green on Atlantic Dunes golf course Summary: we would rent the property again provided the above changes would be made by the new owners. Overall location of the unit in Sea Pines is very good.

Nice little Sea Pines Condo

The sunroom & great room really make this condo! The second bedroom would be great for families with lots of kids, the Murphy bunkbed was really cool. The bathrooms are a little on the small side. A few very minor issues in the kitchen - cabinets hard to open, dishwasher rack needs repair. That said, it was perfect for our family, a great value & a great location. Would defnitely stay here again.
