Capistrano # 201 ist ein wunderschönes Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern am Golf von Mexiko in Seacrest / Inlet Beach, westlich von Rosemary Beach und Alys Beach. Das 1175 sq. Fuß Wohnung für 6 Personen mit 2 Königinnen und Queen-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Wir befinden uns im 2. Stock eines ruhigen, 9-stöckigen Gebäudes im spanischen Stil mit professioneller Landschaftsgestaltung, zu der Palmen, Gärten, ein Brunnen, ein weitläufiger Hinterhof / Spielbereich mit einem "Sunset Deck" für die "30A-Tradition" der Getränke gehören Sonnenuntergang, gemeinsamer Holzkohlegrill, Parkplatz und Fahrradständer. Die 2. Etage ist ideal in diesem Gebäude - hoch genug für einen Blick auf das Meer und nur eine Treppe, wenn mit Gepäck oder Lebensmittel. Kein Schwimmbad --Aber keinen Pool falls mit den sanften Golf Wellen!

The great thing about the second floor and third floor units in this part of 30a though is the view! You have to admit! That water! The beach! Those gentle waves! Location is amazing. The beach was not crowded at all for our visit! The unit was in tip-top shape! The only negative was the people moving in and out of the unit above us at the crack of dawn, and the next group of kids sounded like a herd of elephants. Not very soundproof. I would definitely stay here again!

Capistrano 201 the best, most relaxing vacation

This might be the quietest stretch of beach along 30A. We stayed end of May and there was barely one row of beach umbrellas. The condo has everything we needed...beautiful, clean, and well-stocked European-style kitchen with comfortable beds and a living room that features views of the gulf. We had fun every night going down to the sunset deck on the large back garden of Capistrano. We will stay here again !!

How nice are you to say you would recommend our unit to anyone! We get great feedback from couples, couples with one or two kids, couples with kids and a set of grandparents, and groups of girlfriends on a beach vacation, spa weekend or bridal shower getaways. Great Location and View

This property and the managers are great. Our family of 4 had a fantastic stay and getting to and from the beach is as easy as could be. Great location for nearby restaurants and there are a few grocery stores just a few minutes away.

Great location

This condo was exactly as listed with a great view of the ocean and a beach that is not crowded. Jake’s Beach Service was right below the condo so it was a short walk back and forth. FYI: Quite a climb from the beach so not suitable for the infirmed. The condo was well appointed with all the comforts of home. The best restaurants in the area are a short drive/Uber away. I would definitely stay there again.

Very pleased with our stay! Perfect beach location and condo was just what our family of four needed for our short getaway! The kitchen is well-equipt with everything you need. Wonderful to have ice already made upon arrival. Would stay there again!

Beautiful condo, wonderful stay & the best views of the gulf

The property was conveniently located and perfect for a girl’s getaway! Got in plenty of time rambling through Rosemary, Alys, Seaside and Grayton Beach. Time on the beach was much needed. The view from the balcony with early morning coffee was a peasant touch!

Thank you. We are pleased that you loved the same things about or place and our location that we do. Many girls groups report loving our place for the three queen beds, and the balcony as well as the well stocked kitchen. Also, Many renters report that they love our covered balcony for the gulf views, as well as our location for the proximity to Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach , and Seagrove and Seaside. We also love the new restaurants opening up here all the time! Please come back soon!

You MUST stay here!!!

This place deserves 10 stars!! It is in the absolute best location and has amazing beach-front views but is still tucked away so that you aren’t crowded on the beach. Perfect biking distance from shops and restaurants. The inside was very clean and well-kept and had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Stay

The condo was perfect for our family of four. Everything was exactly as described. Perfect location, beautiful view, quiet property, fully stocked kitchen. Our only regret was having to leave. We hope to return soon.

We bought this condo on our first visit--lovely Spanish-style building, great landscaping, beautiful designer kitchen and bathrooms, gorgeous beach views! It's a lovely area with lots to do, and in the Spring Break and High Summer seasons, it is Couple and Family Friendly, not Party Friendly. Seaside, Rosemary and Alys Beach offer charming independent shops and restaurants and often have events such as Wine tasting, Arts and Crafts festivals, as well as weekly Farmers' Markets.

This unit has the ideal location--between Seaside and Alys Beach/Rosemary Beach--on the 30A walking/running/bike path. Capistrano is a quiet 9 unit building with a private beach, accessed by a coded beach gate. The second floor is also ideal with The amazing gulf view and only one flight of stairs. When you want a break from the fully equipped, designer kitchen and wave or dolphin watching on the balcony, there are numerous bike rentals, quaint shops, bars and restaurants close by. Beach chair and umbrella rental companies on 30A with daily set up services are plentiful. (Google 30a beach services).
