Dieses Gerät wurde komplett renoviert und mit den besten Terminen von heute aktualisiert. Alle neuen Wände frisch gestrichen November 2018. Living Srea mit einem benutzerdefinierten Teppich. Kronenformteil durch. Die Eigentümer sind Innenarchitekten und Künstler. Die Möbel, die Beleuchtung, die Accessoires und die originellen Kunstwerke sind alle einzigartige kreative Werke der Eigentümer und wie kein anderes Stadthaus am Meer in der Gegend. Frühjahr 2018 Das gesamte Äußere des Gebäudes wurde mit Hartfaserplatten und einer neuen, doppelt so großen Fliesenterrasse zum Sammeln und Grillen auf Ducane renoviert
Die hochwertigsten Möbel, Geräte und Behandlungen im ganzen Haus. Da es nur acht Wohneinheiten gibt, ist dies eine ruhigere und entspannendere Umgebung im Vergleich zu den Gegenden mit den 'Hohen Türmen', die nur wenige Minuten von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants entfernt sind.
Auf dem Scenic County East Hwy 30-A dürfen keine Gebäude mehr als vier Stockwerke haben.
Es ist ein kleines Stück Himmel auf Erden. Im Frühjahr 2018 wurde das gesamte Gebäude von altem Stuck befreit und mit Hartfaserplatten überzogen. Wir haben auch die Terrasse erweitert, um viel Platz für Treffen mit Freunden und der Familie zu schaffen.

Wonderful spot !!!

Very nice, clean, well decorated and comfortable condo with perfect access to the ocean! There was a little confusion on the number of beds on the VRBO listing but the host was helpful and accommodating. We would love to go back and stay again in the future!

Super Stay!

Beautiful location and wonderful hosts. My family had a great time staying here. The master bedroom had a very comfortable king bed, the kitchen is well equipped for cooking, steps from the private beach. Five stars!

Excellent condo!!

Our family of four loved this condo so much!! It's location to the beach is absolutely perfect! The amenities are top notch and probably the most quiet locations we have ever stayed at in that area. We will return and we highly recommed this condo.

Great Experience

The property was very clean and we enjoyed our stay there. Can’t be the access to the beach and with an umbrella and chairs included with the rental, it’s the perfect situation. Will be looking to stay here again next year.

Loved our stay!

We had a great stay with Coop. He was communicative and the unit was even nicer in person than online. We loved being on the water, the beach chairs, and having our dog stay with us! The beds were very comfortable. Only thing that was lacking was that they didn’t provide salt/pepper/cooking oil! Otherwise we had everything we needed for a long weekend.

Just what we needed

The second we opened the front door we could see the Gulf and OMG -- it was perfect! The location was perfect -- kitchen perfectly appointed with everything we needed. The set up was perfect for our group and we cant wait to come back. Coop was accessible and easy to work with. Cant wait to come back!

Wonderful family vacation at this property. Great communication with owners. The private beach is pristine and so convenient to the condo…steps away. Publix nearby made it easy to cook, but DoorDash was also a win! Lots of laughs and morning coffee on the upstairs balcony!! Loved it!!

Beautiful property

We had a fabulous week with the water crystal clear day after day. Great view’s and beautiful property. Be prepared to walk up and down steps to get to the beach, we had no issues. It might be difficult for anyone with medical issues.

Summer Get-a-way

Family had the most wonderful time staying in 30A and at Coop and Peggy's Condo. We've driven thru 30A many times while on vacation and made the jump to stay locally.. Can't say enough about the back door view of the Gulf. Super easy access and available beach equipment were great. Condo was very clean and well lit. Parking was front and center.

Great place to stay!

We loved Seacrest! Our condo was perfect- so comfortable with a perfect view of the beach. We were completely relaxed. Coop was wonderful to work with- he was always available and was a great help with any questions we had. The beach was white sand and water clear- it was not crowded at all. This was our first time using VRBO and Coop made it a great experience. We look forward to our next vacation!

Very nice/ great location to beach, shops, restaurants

The pictures do a great job reviewing the place but do nothing for the view of the beach. I think it was 61 stairs to the beach which made it convenient. All neighbors were respectful. Everything we needed for a get away to the beach. Last thing, while this place is dog friendly the beach is not and there was an informative sign that stated we could be fined if we would have brought our pup.

Outstanding!

Our stay at Seashadows #2 was simply perfect ! The location is 2nd to none on 30a , situated nicely between Rosemary Beach & Seagrove Beach . The grounds are well kept and the area is very quiet & peaceful . The townhouse itself is a dream - the finishes & decor are gorgeous & top quality yet still very comfortable. Both the patio & upstairs deck were very enjoyable to use and the sunset views from the top deck are beyond spectacular. The patio furniture is relatively new & in great condition- and also comfortable to use . I highly recommend staying in this townhome as it has everything you will need for a relaxing & enjoyable vacation. Coop is a very attentive host & we look forward to staying in this unit again !

Excellent townhouse, great location, reasonable price, easy process

My wife and I have stayed in several condos in Seacrest over the last 5 years (Seamist, Mistral, etc.), and this was easily the best. We have never rented the same condo twice, but plan on coming back to this one next year. It is a great place for a couple as it is much roomier than the general 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo floor plan, but it is still reasonably priced. The condo itself is very comfortable with great furnishings and amenities (flat screen TVs, grill, appliances etc.) Great location within walking distance of Alys and Rosemary. 5 minute drive to grocery store in PCB, 10 minute drive to Seaside. Owners were extremely easy to deal with. Received rental deposit back in less than week of leaving.

Amazing!

My husband, two kids, and pup just returned from a much needed vacation here! It surpassed my expectations by a long shot. The location was amazing, as the beach was not crowded and felt private. That’s something we have yet to find in the area, so relaxing! The views were the best I’ve experienced. I just cannot say enough!! Already planning our next trip!

The town home sits on a 30 foot bluff with a beautiful yard overlooking the beach. It is just a few paces down the stairs and you are on the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. There are only eight units in our complex, so it makes it very private and enjoyable place to visit.

Scenic Hwy 30-A has over 50 Four Stars restaurants on this sixteen mile stretch. Many unique shops where you will see things you don't see any where else. We are minutes from Destin and Panama City Beach. We now have the exciting new 'Pier Park' only 15 minutes away with theatres and over 900,000 square feet of shopping and dining. The area is known for regularly having wine festivals, free outdoor concerts, and even free outdoor movies.
