Great place to stay. The pool was great and had a built-in hot tub, the house was nice and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Only drawback was property management, they get a 5/10.

The only regret I had was not heating the pool! I thought late May would be warm enough but it was very chilly at night-most rentals I’ve seen charge extra to heat the pool but seems like it would be worth it…This property was 15-45 min away from Universal depending on traffic and Orlando traffic was terrible. We never made it to the community pool and tiki bar area but I wish we had, it looked like a lot of fun!We would definitely stay here again.

Property is old, out-dated and not enjoyable. Many things broken or in bad repair. Specifically, TV service did not work. Contacted customer service for assistance, kept us online for hours, yet service never restored. Said a tech would come to the house, no one ever arrived. Our family included 4 boys ages 3-8. One day it stormed for most of the day. Boys could not watch movies or shows for entertainment. Only one towel per person provided and no towels for the pool. No basic coffee service provided. These basic items would have been provided by a cheap motel. Gate surrounding the pool was broken and ripped, which was a major concern with young children. Primary bedroom door had 3 different handles on both sides, one was broken and hanging off door. Extremely disappointed in this property and feel we are due some compensation.

Home was very nice and met our needs. Very safe gated community. Bed was very comfortable. The pool was nice and relaxing. Really good value on the rental price. Owners team communicated very well. Very conveniently located to restaurants, stores/shopping, the theme park attractions as well as interstate access. Would highly recommend staying here.

What a wonderful home! We spent 7 nights and loved every single one! The heated pool and hot tub were fantastic after a long day out. Very quiet gated neighborhood with security. I absolutely loved the soaker tub, it may have been my favorite feature of the house. I with the screened patio had a little more privacy but was still fun. The only bad thing I can say about this house is no broom anywhere. Mops were located in the garage but no broom! This home will leave you missing Florida more than I ever thought possible. The location of the home gives you easy access to just about anywhere you want to go in Florida. Within minutes you are on the road to anywhere you want to be! I will absolutely be back swimming in that pool on hypolita next year.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was smaller and warmer than anticipated, but was definitely an added bonus at the end of a long day at the parks. (For safety reasons we suggest the owners look into a handrail for pool entrance). We couldn’t locate a broom anywhere on the property, however, there were mops and other cleaning items. We didn’t receive the on boarding package with the address until a few hours before we arrived, which made it difficult to have things delivered for set up and to communicate with other travelers where the exact location was.We were pulling into the neighborhood and still didn’t have codes for the door. Once we were there, the managers seemed pretty responsive.
