The whole group, up to 15 guests, will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located Duck home! 600 feet from your door to private community sandy beach along the Atlantic Ocean. 1.3 Mile to the center of Duck Village! Guests will also have access to their own private pool, hot tub, putting green, in addition to the Ocean Crest Community Pool, & Tennis Courts! Quick access to other nearby towns and all the Outer Banks has to offer!

**Please note this home is a 7 day Minimum from Memorial Day to Labor Day - Checkin and Checkout day MUST be Sunday only during this time period. Outside of this - minimum rental is 3 nights during the rest of the year.

The space
On arrival you will notice the spacious driveway to make parking easy for you and your group! Basketball hoop located on side of driveway!

At ground level outside is a poolside half bath, outdoor shower, and foot rinse for easy access when coming back from beach and while enjoying the pool!

Enter home at ground level - living room located on this level with smart TV and wet bar, foosball, one bedroom with two bunk beds & smart TV, one full bathroom, full-size secondary fridge/freezer, laundry room, and slider door leading out to private gated pool, putting green, and propane grill.

Go up one level for access to den with card table for 4, smart TV, exterior door leading to second level deck and hot tub. The bedroom with two single beds is also located on this level with smart TV. Those that occupy Den and the two single beds can occupy the hall full bath. Three more bedrooms (king and 2 queen beds) with attached full bathrooms (on-suites), smart TV's in all bedrooms, and access to second level deck from each of these three bedrooms.

Go to top level for access to main living room with large smart TV, gas fireplace, dining areas including high top tables with views of the Ocean, well outfitted kitchen, additional deck access off living room, hall half bath, and king bedroom ensuite with shower, jacuzzi tub, dual vanity, and deck access.

The home is very spacious with many areas to retreat to! The table in the den or the high-top tables off the kitchen/dining/living area could double an as area to set up your laptop and take care of business while on your getaway!
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home with exception of the locked owners closets.
There are some beach essentials at the house for your enjoyment - beach cart, beach cooler, boogie board, and flotations for pool or ocean, basketball and volleyball.
Pool is open from April to Columbus Day (October!)
Other things to note
Security Cameras on property - In carport to view who enters driveway/goes up stairs. back corner of house to view who comes in backyard near slider door.
