The space-
Welcome to your Getaway! The property sits back with a stately presence on a quiet culdesac backing up to a lush wildlife preserve greenbelt! You feel like you’re out in the middle of nowhere here, but literally in the heart of it all!
Upon arrival, the grand entry welcomes you with open arms to your holiday retreat! At first glance you immediately notice the amazingly nature views perfectly framed by the gorgeous large windows of the formal living & dining rooms, then with lush ample leather seating you’re picturing others opening gifts, having a meeting enjoying coffee, or simply spending time together gabbing away with a glass of wine.
Next you walk into your spacious, light & bright, upscale, well-stocked kitchen with large windows overlooking the preserve, patio & pool area & features tons of counter space, island bar & breakfast table.
Out back you have everything from tree shaded alfresco dining during the day or under soft lighting and star filled sky at night. Warm up ANY time of year in the large hot tub all while mingling seamlessly with others.
Let your worries melt away in one of the euro-loungers enjoying the sun-splashed pool area with calming sounds of the Texas limestone waterfall. At night sit at the cozy conversation area with fire table overlooking views of the waterfall and cool LED lighting of the pool.

Master #2-Also has a grand King size bed, sitting area to quietly enjoy a book, ensuite with walk in shower and dual vanity, large closet, 55” Roku TV (plenty of room for the air mattress or pac-n-play setup)

Bedroom 3-Has a Queen size bed, it’s own closet, 43” Roku TV

Bedroom 4 Bunk-room-Queen bed on bottom, pull out twin trundle below, twin bunk up top, large closet & a 43” Roku TV

*Upstairs has an additional shared full bath with dual vanity and shower/tub combo
