In a beautiful quiet neighborhood down the street from the HEB Center (5 mins), Q2 Stadium (20 mins), Dell Headquarters (20 mins), the new Apple Campus (15 mins) and Lake Travis (25 mins). Perfect place to make your Austin trip as amazing as it should be. Super spacious inside, plenty of room for large groups. Large kitchen with everything you need to cook. Workspace provided in every room as well. Huge yard with firepit! Long term stays welcome.

Master bedroom has a King bed with private attached full bathroom. Desks in every bedroom for those working while traveling. Bedroom 2 had two queens, Bedroom 3 has 2 twins, and Bedroom 4 has an additional queen. Perfect home to experience Cedar Park and everything it has to offer!

Guest will have full access to all parts of the home except for two cleaner`s closets and the AC closet.

Plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street. Parking space available for RV and boat.

Uber and Lyft are available in the area if needed.
Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am. Please keep outside noise to a minimum during this time out of respect for the neighbors. Noise complaints may result in termination of the booking.

Smoking in the house results in a $500 smoke removal fee and the reservation will be immediately terminated with no refunds.

Pets are not allowed without approval from the owner. Bringing any pet into the home without permission will result in a $300 cleaning fee and the reservation will be immediately terminated with no refunds.

While it states that we do not allow parties and events, we are willing to consider them. Please inquire about events prior to booking.

Weekend instant booking requires a two day reservation (Friday&Saturday). Friday and Saturday must be booked together unless approved by the owner.

Failure to report correct number of guests will result in a $30 fine per guest per night that is not on the booking.

Instant bookings not allowed during special events such as SXSW, ROT Rally, Formula 1, MOTO GP, and ACL Music Festival. They will be subject to possible cancellation upon review.

If you rent out the premises you agree to take on all liability for any damage you cause to the property, normal wear and tear excepted. You agree to indemnify and hold landlord harmless for any personal injury you or your invitees may suffer while on the premises.
