As we strive for all of our guests to have a 5 star experience, we are disappointed you only had a 4 star experience and wish you would have reached out to us during your stay. We could have pointed you to the detailed house manual that was emailed with your access code that explains how to use the smart TV that is loaded with apps including Prime, Netflix, HULU, Showtime, HBO, Peacock and other channels that would have given you access to the world cup games. We are not sure how to disclose the room configurations any clearer than the photos that are displayed in the listing. Many of our guests have given positive feedback that the home is actually nicer than what is shown in the photos. As far as the privacy concern, we have an outdoor and indoor noise monitoring device that measures decibel levels only and does not transmit actual sound. We do restrict loud parties at night and respect our neighbors and these devices will send us an alert if a high decibel level is reached so we can reach out to our guests. All cameras are located on the exterior entry points of the home, not specifically on the pool area. Security cameras are listed in our listing. We also travel and stay at other homes and nearly all of the homes and hotels we have stayed at have exterior cameras, which is the norm. I think for future stays, you should reach out to the host with concerns since often times they can assist or better explain things. We love to communicate with our guests and are here to make sure they have 5 star stays!
