We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house! It was incredibly spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and just a short, easy walk to the beach. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway for the whole family! We hope to be back!

Wonderful place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the beach, which made it so easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The house itself had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, and we really appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was with all the supplies we needed. One of our favorite parts was the rooftop area—perfect for morning coffee or watching the sunset in the evening. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location

This was a retirement celebration trip for my husband, he (as well as all of us) thoroughly enjoyed our stay, extremely relaxing. The host was very attentive and the home was very well stocked. We would stay in this home again without hesitation. Quiet area and amazing views from every window.

Great Spring Break Spot!!

We had my son's engagement cookout and the venue could not have been more PERFECT! The host was very communicative, very responsive and accommodating. The views are stunning, ocean view one way, the bay the other way. The home is very well decorating with anything you could possibly need. The location of the home is also great. Great place on the beach with major convenience!

We had a great time at White Sands Cottage. We had four adults and four kids (ages 8-11). The convenience of the location can't be beat! It's quiet enough but still relatively close to restaurants and main beach attractions. The house fit us all perfectly and was a great accommodation for our stay.

Wonderful vacation during Labor day weekends

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, well equipped, and spotless clean. The location is convenient. 1-2 minutes walk to the backyard beach, we didn’t have to cross the street to get to the beach. The beach is clean and not too crowded. Short drive to pensacola beach town and Fort Picken.

Great location and communication

This home is perfect for a large family. The kitchen is fully stocked and just a few steps to the boardwalk for a day on the beach. Walking distance to Peg Leg Pete’s and perfect viewing spot for the Blue Angels. Owner communication was stellar.

Beautiful Beach House!!!

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful vacation home! It was well appointed with everything we needed, and the host was very attentive and helpful! The partial ocean/beach view was the next best thing to being front row, and the distance to the beach was very close and an easy walk! 😃

Gulf Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful stay and this home accomodated our family of 10 with no problem. The location was great; with a short walk to the gulf beach and a few blocks from the public beach on the bay side. Fort Pickens is a short, scenic drive for exploring the fort, fishing off the pier and relaxing on the beach. David, our host was just great in communicating with us before, during and after checking out. I would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful home. I wish time would have allowed us a longer stay.

Great Pensacola Getaway

White Sands Cottages is a great property just off the beach. We had a group of 9 people ranging from 5 to 80 years old and everyone was able to sleep in a comfy bed. The house was very clean and all the basics were provided, including beach towels/chairs/etc. There is ample parking in the ground level garage which is an added bonus. The owner, David, was very responsive when we had questions. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Just What We Needed!

Cannot say enough positive things about our stay and experience. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with all we needed to enjoy our family vacation. David is a wonderful host and very responsive. The location cannot be beat; the beach is steps away and you are just far enough away from the large hotels and resorts that it stays quiet and far less crowded than other areas of the beach. 10/10 would return.

Absolutely Perfect!

This place was amazing! The house is beautiful, had amazing amenities and the kitchen had more stocked than any place we have ever stayed before! Beach access was insanely close, just walk out the door and a few feet later you are on the walkway right into the sand! My teenagers and babies had a blast and so did the adults! The owner was super great, not pushy and annoying like we have experienced in the past.. just an all around cool guy! Oh and there was soooo much room! We had 3 adults, 2 teenagers and 3 toddlers and could have easily fit a few more comfortably! Everything about the house and inside the house was name brand ans well taken care of or brand new! We will definitely be back next summer! No need to look elsewhere ever again for our family, because this home has everything we needed or wanted!

Great Family Getaway

This house is awesome! Enter through the clean 2 car garage, filled with beach gear for you to use. 1st floor has three bedrooms .. two perfectly sized rooms with smart TVs and nice sized closets. Master bedroom is EXPANSIVE! Your whole family could sleep in there! Bunk beds in the walk in closet or use it as a room, plus a large bed and a twin bed in the main suite. Fabulous shower with spa features and a washer and dryer + a balcony Next level features a great living space! Large balcony with couch and high top table + grill Large kitchen with great sized refrigerator and an awesome range that even has an air fry function! Island for eating plus a table to seat about 8.. 3 leather sofas and a giant ottoman with a large smart TV perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach! Bathroom on this level as well On the top level you will find a sun deck! Views of the ocean and the bay !! Lounger to sun bathe and a table and chairs to watch the sunset, the blue angels fly by and smoke cigars! We loved this house!! Super close to all shopping and dining! Quiet street right on the water! 100% recommend and would stay here again! Pillows and beds very comfortable as well

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Oceanside Oasis on Pensacola Beach and it was absolutely amazing! The condo was beautifully decorated and clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Overall, our stay at Oceanside Oasis was fantastic. The condo, the location, and the amenities all exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable beach vacation. Absolutely!
