La Belle Vue is a stunning cottage built into the landscape and close to the waters edge, surrounded by beautiful grounds and a massive dock with south west exposure offering all day sun. The interior of this cottage was newly renovated in 2021 and nothing was left untouched. Offering 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a guest bunkie this property sleeps the whole family comfortably. The kitchen offers all new appliances, reverse osmosis filtration system, multiple different cups for drinking including yeti style wine holders for the dock, drip coffee maker, microwave, wine fridge, multiple baking sheets, lemon squeezer, rolling pin, pizza cutter, cheese grater, pizza stone, hand mixer, blender, measuring cups, spoons and more, this is not your ordinary rental kitchen! For those looking for outdoor cooking there is a walkout to the deck for BBQing and outdoor dining from the dining room and main-floor living room. The cottage offers stunning views from its multiple windows, providing different vantage points and amazing long lake views. Lakeside everyone will want to gather on the dock that has outdoor seating with lounge chairs, Muskoka Chairs, and a brand new patio furniture with seating for 10 plus. For those who prefer to enjoy the water there are plenty of water toys (2 kayaks, 1 paddle boat, 1 SUP board, 1 row boat), a small beach with shallow water entry that gets deeper as you go out, a frog pond,  and a boat launch on site. The metal fire pit by the lake is perfect for roasting marshmallows or staying warm on a cool summer night. The lower level cozy living room and sun room featuring ac and seating are perfect for enjoying the outdoors while being protected from the sun. With plenty of options for relaxing and a propane fireplace in the living room this property is perfect for anyone looking to relax. For those who need to work from the cottage this property has Starlink offering unlimited high speed internet which allows for zoom calls which is not common in cottage country. There is also plenty of entertainment for guests from the TV to the multiple board games. This is the perfect family cottage for anyone looking for a home away from home!



PLEASE NOTE: The property is on the main road into Bala. However, once you are inside the cottage you do not notice the road/highway169. Bala is also host to some of the oldest train tracks in the Muskoka region offering some train sounds every now and again.

Whatever you need just ask! We want to make your time at the cottage as relaxing and fun filled as possible.

This year round four season cottage located on historic Long Lake, just minutes from restaurants and quaint shops in the town of Bala, a must-see small town in Muskoka, is a perfect relaxing getway. Central Bala is distinguished by its assortment of activities, including the award-winning Bala Cranberry Festival, Bala Trek to Bethlehem as well as antique and art exhibits. Explore the breathtaking Bala Falls sights and sounds it has to offer. Check out the local waterski shows weekly on Tuesdays, check out a show at the Kee or enjoy a meal at the many restaurants in town. Enjoy nature walks, running and cycling on the nearby trails.



Getting Around:

Guests need a car to get to this property. If you rent a boat there is a public boat launch located at 2871 Muskoka Road HWY 169.
