Executive Chalet am Wasser mit spektakulären Sonnenuntergängen, großartigem Bootfahren und Schwimmen

Dieses luxuriöse Chalet befindet sich im Herzen von Muskoka in idealer Lage am Wasser. Es hat den ganzen Tag Sonne und tolle Sonnenuntergänge über der ruhigen Bucht. Aufgrund der Lage der Bucht ist das Wasser sehr ruhig und ideal zum Schwimmen, es hat jedoch Zugang zum See Muskoka, zum See Rosseau und zum See Joseph zum endlosen Bootfahren und Angeln.

Das Chalet ist mit wunderschönen Kirschholzböden ausgestattet und verfügt über ein Loft mit 18 Fuß hohen Decken und einem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Wasser. Ein Kajak und zwei Kanus sind im Mietpreis enthalten.

Das Grundstück ist flach ins Wasser und für Kinder ungefährlich. Das Wasser beginnt flach etwa 2 Fuß an der Küste, wonach sich der Granitboden allmählich bis zum Ende des Docks vertieft. Nach ungefähr 20-25ft wird das Wasser schnell tief, aber am Ende des Docks ist es zu flach zum Eintauchen. Der Seegrund besteht hauptsächlich aus Granit mit etwas Seesand. Es gibt kein Unkraut. Die Bootsrutsche hat eine Breite von 10 Fuß und einen Tiefgang von etwa 2 bis 3 Fuß, abhängig von der Jahreszeit.

In unserer privaten Bucht gibt es einen Kanal, der zum See Muskoka / Rosseau / Joseph führt.

Lovely, spotless house on a lake with a fully stocked kitchen, a canoe, kayak and rowboat! Amazing!!

This property is wonderful, and the owner is extremely responsive. The house is perfectly situated on a quiet small lake. It comes equipped with absolutely everything we needed to make our vacation hassle free. At our disposal was a canoe, a kayak and a rowboat. It had a gourmet kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, utensils, cups and glasses - everything we needed to make great meals. There is a large dining room table as well as a picnic table outside by the lake. Our only mistake was not staying longer, and I hope to return next year. It's a 5 star, relaxing place to spend time with your family. I totally recommend this property.

Eine wunderschöne Zeit

Das Ferienhaus ist ein sehr geräumiges und hervorragend ausgestattetes Haus auf einem großzügigem Wassergrundstück (Nr.1059) mit einer großen Terasse und eigenem Bootssteg, welcher genügend Platz zum gemeinsamen Verbringenschöner Stunden (vor allem bei Sonnenauf- bzw. Untergang) bietet. Herzlichen Dank an unseren Vermieter für die unkomplizierte Abwicklung und der großzügigen Nutzung von Tretboot, Kayak, Ruderboot, Schwimmnudeln und mehr, womit wir sehr viel Spaß hatten und die Abende an der offenen Feuerstelle mit Grillfleisch ausklingen lassen konnten. Das Haus ist bestens geeignet als Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Ausflüge in Muskoka, wobei die kleine Stadt Bala von ausgezeichneten Möglichkeiten, vom Essen und Einkaufen bis zum Motorbootverleih für eigene Seerundfahrten, alles bietet. Dieses Haus ist eine absolute Empfehlung für alle Naturliebhaber und Kanadainteressenten ! in english: It's a wonderful cottage with a lot of space for many activities and fun. The wanterfront with boats and a kayak let it never be boring. In the morning and evening it's very romantic when the sun rises or goes down. Thanks to our host for the uncomplicated booking and for the using of all things in and around the house including the barbeque. The house is perfect for travels in Muskoka and the near town Bala has everything from a store where you can buy food to a boat rental station. I really recommend this cottage for lovers of the nature and those who are interessted in a vacation in Canada.

Relaxing Short Stay

My family and I had a relaxing stay at Vista Hermosa. The outdoor space, the dock and fire pit were definitely some of the highlights. The kitchen was welcoming and it was well stocked with dishes. Nick, the Host, was helpful and answered any questions we had. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Beautiful Cottage - Close to town!

Cottage was exactly as described and very clean. Well stocked with tp, soap etc. Use of non-motorized water sport equipment, linens and towels were included which was nice. Owner was very friendly and helpful and was readily available for any questions. Cottage was close to the small town of Bala which was very convenient.

Great weekend stay!

The cottage was very nice! The only downsides were that the wifi data available was very minimal, as well as not being able to dispose of toilet paper in the toilets. Otherwise, our stay was great!

Thanks for the kind review! The WiFi is limited up there as there is no hard wired internet like in the city, its all through an LTE hub, not so different than a cell phone. Sorry about the confusion with the toilet paper, you are free to flush it, it is only non TP products like tampons/pads/wipes we like to restrict in order to prevent septic back up.

Comfortable and convenient

my family spent very nice three days here in May. It’s a good location on quiet shallow lake, access to paddle boats, clean house, owner is always reachable. There is a nice deck, picnic table, fireplace. Trees are gorgeous. My kids loved sitting on the rocks in lake and they were very safe. There is nothing bad to say about the house, only mosquitoes were pretty bad around this time of the year but that’s not in anyone’s control. Oh and shops in Bala close by 6 pmbin spring. Buy your groceries and beers early :). Thanks Nick for a great stay.

Great property!

Exceptionally clean cottage! Very nice dock area and flat grounds. Easy to find and had lots of parking space. Having unlimited internet (for Netflix or movie streaming) or satellite TV would have been nice for those rainy days.

Very relaxing 2 week stay

My family rented Nick's cottage for 2 weeks in june/July of 2018. Overall it was a great experience and we would rent it again. The cottage has three bedrooms which was more than enough for me, my wife and our two young kids. The two rooms on the main floor have bunkbeds, which our son was really excited about and the upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed with bath. Here is what we liked: - Great location. The cottage is in Torrance, only about 2 hours from Toronto. There is also a bakery, grocery store and other shops in bala, about 10 minutes away - On the water. The cottage has a really nice dock with shallow water, perfect for swimming with kids - Modern interior. The cottage is renovated with a modern kitchen and hardwood floors. - Very responsive owner. Nick usually responds to questions within about 5 minutes and was very helpful. - Fully stocked. The kitchen has all utensils, cups, plates and silverware. The cottage also has towels, bedding, a bbq, wood for a fire and basically everything else you need. The only considerations are: - the cottage is on a relatively small lake with lots of cottages, so if you are looking for an extremely secluded place it is probably not for you - there is no cable or AC which was fine for us but may be important to some people - There are data restrictions so if uploading/downloading a lot just use your own hotspot. Overall our family really enjoyed this cottage and would recommend it to others.

There needs to be a set of directions on the counter in the kitchen, such as how much data can be used on wifi, exactly where garbage can be taken and his phone number if he needs to be reached among other things.

Thanks for the review Walter, My phone number is listed in multiple emails and the website itself. Garbage dump details are also on the site and on the HomeAway app, not sure if you downloaded it? Wifi details are on the contract you signed, the welcome email and the HomeAway app. Seeing as you used over 10x the allotted usage, it must not be adequate and I will take your suggestion and leave a hard copy of this info in the kitchen for next season. Perfect place to spend Father's Day with your kids and family

The cleanly Of the cottage is what set the vibe on the right foot. From there the hardwood floors complemented my feet and everyone experience wonderful sleep; while waking up to a stunning views!!! My 2nd time and looking forward to the 3rd❤

Very nice vacation rental amenities and location.

Rental home location is great, secluded and private. The lake seems isolated from other lakes. Bunk beds alright for kids and toddlers but little discomfort for adults. Nice large kitchen and toddlers' play area. Boys loved the place. Gravel road leading to house is steep and tricky appropriate for trucks and large SUVs. Family enjoyed the stay. Thanks.
