House offers a great space for any vacation. Has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open concept living/dining area, fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, upstairs loft area, basic cable tv/wireless internet, laundry area, front sitting porch, upstairs balcony, fabulous outback living area with dining table, gas grill and fire pit, outdoor shower and large driveway. Located next to community pool.

* MINIMUM AGE TO RENT IS 25! This is an HOA policy, may be asked to produce a drivers license to confirm age. No pets allowed! No exceptions!

Welcome to Sea Brees, we take pride in making this the perfect beach home. You will not be disappointed making this home your beach vacation destination! Crystal Shores is quiet, family friendly white picket fence neighborhood with well manicured lawns, gorgeous flowers, located on Scenic 98. Sea Brees is located right beside the community pool and a 3 min walk to the beach. The home is beautifully decorated with lots of upgrades. You’ll find stainless steel appliances, European oak floors, crown molding and plantation shutters. This home has enough space for everyone. The master bedroom is a large suite with a king bed, private bathroom and balcony. The upstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom. Upstairs also has a loft area with a trundle bed that has two twin beds. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with a private door to the bathroom that is shared with downstairs guests and has its own private door leading to the back yard. The living room also has a queen sofa sleeper. Kitchen is fully stocked for preparing any meals. Outback living area is fabulous with a dining area, gas grill, sitting area with a gas fire pit and an outdoor rinse shower. Outback also has a beach shed with beach amenities to take to the beach. You will not be disappointed in this home.

Crystal Beach is located in Destin FL. It is the most sought out vacation destination in Destin. Destin is known for its emerald clear water and the luckiest fishing village. Crystal Beach means that you get to visit one of the most beautiful beaches in the United States! The name represents the destination perfectly — beautiful, white sand and crystal-clear water. If you’ve ever wanted to go to a beach with the water so clear you can see your feet, this is the place for you. The area is remarkably beautiful. Take a stroll or bike ride down Scenic 98. Walk to the public beach access in 3 mins. Public beach access has a pavilion with panic tables, bath facilities and handicap provision with a ramp down to the beach. On the way to the beach you will pass Camille’s. Camille’s is a staple in Destin, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner with live music on certain days. Next to Camille’s is bike rentals. Grocery stores (Publix & Whole Foods), Destin Commons, restaurants, activities are all less then a mile away. Silver Sands Premium outlet is 5 miles away. Destin Harbor (Harbor Walk Village) is 5 miles away. The house is truly the perfect location!

All HOA guidelines will need to be followed during you stay. These guidelines are to keep our neighborhood beautiful and safe. If guidelines are not followed a fine could be accessed up to $150.
* Parking is only allowed in driveway, inside the fence post. No parking on the street, grass, driveway apron, across the sidewalk. Sea Brees driveway will fit 4 normal size cars.
* No boats, trailers, RV’s, wave runners are allowed to park anywhere in Crystal Shores
* Grill is to be left Outback, can not move to front yard
* All garbage can are to be left out back, only rolled out on pickup day then rolled back in once picked up
* No noise disturbance past 10pm & before 8am.
* No fireworks
* No loud music or vulgar language
* No towels, banners, clothing or other items can be hung on railings of home.
* No hammocks can be hung from porch or balcony Please note and follow all HOA guidelines.

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

We provide an essential start up kit for your arrival.

We follow all cleaning and sanitation procedures to comply with CDC recommended guidelines.

Only emergency maintenance work orders will be issued if unit is occupied. Minor issues will be handled between check outs to help decrease any chances of contamination.

If you are looking for a place to party or be loud, this house is not for you!
