Easy walk to restaurants, 5 min car ride to grocery stores, shopping and activities.

Thank you for looking at our Cottage. This studio beach cottage is a charming retreat located just across the street from the beach. As you step inside, you will find yourself in an open-concept living, sleeping, and dining area, queen bed, sofa that folds down to a bed, a kitchen equipped with essential appliances and kitchenware. The bathroom has its own space, featuring a modern stand up shower, a vanity with a mirror, and all the necessary amenities. Large sliding glass doors leads to a patio with table and chairs and charcoal grill. The pool is just steps away. The cottage is in the perfect location, surrounded by lush greenery and flowering planets. It's the perfect getaway for those seeking a cozy, beach retreat.

Destin is known for its emerald clear water and the luckiest fishing village. Crystal Beach means that you get to visit one of the most beautiful beach in the United States! The name represents the destination perfectly-beautiful white sand and crystal clear water. If you ever wanted to go to the beach with the water so clear you can see your feet, this is the place for you. The cottage is located on Crystal Beach Dr and Scenic 98. This area is remarkably beautiful. You will feel like you step into a magazine while visiting. Take a stroll or bike ride down Scenic. 98, go play at the beach or swim in the community pool. Grocery stores (Publix & Whole Foods), Destin Commons, restaurants and activities are all less than a mile away. Silver Sands Premium Outlet is 5 miles away. Destin Harbor (Harbor Walk Village) is 5 miles away. This cottage is truly the perfect location.

Please note this cottage is not baby/toddler proof. We do provide outlet covers and cabinet locks for you to put on.

Only emergency maintenance work orders will be issued if unit is occupied. Minor issues will be handled between check outs to help decrease any chances of contamination.

Location location location

The place was the perfect location to walk to the beach without being on the beach. The pictures were exactly as the cottage and I would stay there again. It had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting outside when we weren't at the beach. The trip was decided at the last minute for my daughter and I and Tiffany responded quickly with precise instructions for access to the cottage. The only issue we had was the floor was a little dirty/sandy. I found the broom and swept it up and everything was OK.

Ahhhhmazing!!

I can’t say enough positives about this place. From the booking process to the end of our stay, the owner was always quick to respond. Location, Location, Location!!! Steps to the beach! And short distance to grocery, gas, and leisure shopping. Everything you could possibly need is in the room! By far one of the best beach vacations yet and we have been on a lot! Thanks so much for letting us stay!!
