*Straight to the beach and Downtown Manhattan Beach/Pier - bring a bike, it`s a beautiful ride to the beach from the unit! Boardwalk overlooking the beach for biking and running - Manhattan Beach is also a prime surf spot!

Guests will have access to their unit, private patio, outdoor shared patio space, and a garage or parking space (inquire for more details)

We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

Manhattan Beach is a laid-back South Bay community popular with families and outdoor enthusiasts. The Strand bike path winds along the oceanfront between modern mansions and wide stretches of sand lined with volleyball courts. Low-key Manhattan Beach Pier features a quaint aquarium and views of surfers. There are several parks, and a small downtown area with boutiques, brunch cafes, pubs & creative, upscale eateries. This unit is 1.3 miles away from the pier - straight walk, drive, or bike down Manhattan Beach Blvd.

This unit is also across the street from Polliwog Park - which is huge! Has botanical gardens, walking paths, play ground, amphitheater for events, 9-hole disk golf course, pond, and more.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.

MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
Quiet time 10pm-7am per city ordinance.
