The two additional bedrooms are located upstairs. The first bedroom offers a king-sized bed and a sitting area withlarge TV, perfect for relaxing and enjoying morning coffee. In addition, this bedroom has a private porch with a high-top table and chair set. The third upstairsbedroom has a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms upstairs have attached bathrooms. The home has a dedicated office space, making working from home a breeze.
Restaurants and shopping are a pleasant walk or bike ride away. Charter fishing and rental boats are available through the Southport Marina. Enjoy fresh seafood from many local restaurants downtown and along the Cape Fear River / Yacht Basin.
Southport is a uniquely located southern-facing town, offering incredible sunsets over the picturesque yacht basin, marina, and Intracoastal waterway.
