Beide Restaurants haben großartige Meeresfrüchte und Sie speisen direkt am Dock mit dem Wasser direkt darunter. Besuchen Sie für einen Cocktail das Ende des Docks und die Old American Fish Company, die gelegentlich Live-Missbrauch hat, und beobachten Sie die Bootsfahrer, die Sie beobachten. Everything I wanted it to be, and then some!

It's so nice when a place not only meets your expectations, but exceeds them! Everything was just as pictured, and on top of that the condo was very neat, clean, and so well stocked! We had everything we needed, including all the soaps you need, plenty of linens, including black wash cloths for makeup removal, and the towels were big and plush! Oh, and the toilet paper and paper towels were even good quality, which sounds like a small thing, but matters to me! And the view was wonderful, overlooking the marina and the marsh walk, which I love! And the porch overlooking it was so long and wide, with plenty of seating choices to sit and take it all in! We even got a birds eye view of some of the filming the the Netflix Series "The Waterfront." Close proximity to everything! We just loved it, and definitely want to return! Also, communication with Butch was awesome!

perfect location! close to downtown

Lovely condo, walking distance to many restaurants and lots of shopping! large porch with beautiful views overlooking marina. Condo was so clean and comfortable, nicely furnished! Hosts were very easy to work with and kept in touch. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back!

Great but annoying

Everything was great and was exactly as the listing stated. The condo was spacious and everything we needed was there except for a golf cart and a boat. lol The only real problem we had was the couple that was on the third floor above us, it almost felt like they were doing it intentionally Sometimes at 4:30 in the morning until midnight. You could hear every “stomping” footstep they took and their dog barking. With the exception of that, we had a great time! I don’t know if that couple lives there or if they were renting but we would not stay there again if we knew they were going to be there.

Quaint Condo with Marina/Bay Views

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious two-bedroom condo on the second floor. We enjoyed many hours on the rocking chairs on porch facing the water. Beautiful views! In addition, they location was perfect for exploring the town on the golf cart we rented. Fun shops, good food and live music were all found in Southport.

Absolutely Wonderful!

As great as the pictures are on the listing for this condo, they do not do it justice! The location is great, the town is walkable from the rental, especially the restaurants at the yacht basin. The deck was a favorite spot to drink morning coffee and watch the boat traffic, those container ships are crazy!! The rooms are spacious, and the kitchen is so well stocked with everything you need. This condo is a perfect jumping off spot for all beach adventures: Oak Island, Bald Head (a must visit), plus the ferry to Fort Fisher and the aquarium. I cannot wait to come back for another visit, and this property will definitely be my ‘go to’. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Beautiful!

The minute we opened the door: Beautiful view, beautiful decor, the best location, spotlessly clean. The owner was fantastic & prompt when we had questions. You can tell that this condo is well loved by the owners, with no detail missed. Like a 5 star luxury hotel. Convenient to walk to restaurants, etc. Huge private deck to watch boats go by & feel the breeze. You will not want to leave! Would stay here again and again!

We enjoyed another wonderful stay at Butch and Kathleen’s lovely condo. It is truly perfection in every way: cleanliness and attention to detail, everything a guest could need is provided. Time Again

Best Kept Secret in Southport

We had a lovely stay at Butch and Kathleen's and could not ask for a better experience. The accommodations were excellent - comfortable and we had everything we needed. The balcony is relaxing with a million-dollar view. Butch's communications were excellent. The trip exceeded our expectations. Thank you for sharing your home with us - we will be back soon!

Love the view!

View from the living room and deck are wonderful! And the location in town near all the activities is great! But we wished it had been cleaner and updated a little more. The furniture is downtrodden and the stove wasn't clean. But otherwise, we were happy there.

Fabulous!

This is one of those times when I almost want to hold back on how wonderful this place is because we would kind of like to keep it our secret. We enjoyed everything about the condo! It’s exceptionally clean, which is of the utmost importance to our family, comfortable, very well stocked, spacious, and, of course, that amazing view! We could have sat on the deck for hours. Location is excellent. It’s about a ten minute walk along charming West St or the water to shops and restaurants. We hope to return soon. Thanks so much, Butch & Kathleen!

Spring Break Trip

This condo is just perfect. It is so spacious, clean, comfortable and well stocked. The time spent on the deck was just what we needed. The view is incredible! The host was wonderful to work with, making great suggestions for dining! We have found a new happy place in Southport.

Perfect getaway

Everything was great from the responsiveness of the owner to the condo to the localation to downtown to the view of the marina. We really couldn't have asked for a better VRBO choice for the week. Building also had an elevator & parking for our car and so many amenities in the condo. I would highly recommend this place. It was super clean and really had everything we needed for our stay.

Wonderful condo

The condo is in an excellent location overlooking the water and downtown Southport. You can walk to restaurants, shops, and along the waterfront. The condo is beautiful and the owner is very easy to communicate with about check-in and check-out. Always a great trip.

Perfect Southport experience

This was our fourth time in Southport and this place has become our favorite. The unit had everything we needed and felt like home. The deck was wonderful place to relax and watch the boats. And it is so close to downtown. Will definitely be back
