Great Family Vacation

One of the best vacations we have ever had! We loved the location of the condo; directly on the beach but within walking distance to so many great restaurants, exceptionally clean, great ocean views and worry-free parking. The beach was large enough so that we never felt crowded. Friendly staff and easy check-in/check-out process. We will definitely return.

Overall very clean, beautiful view, easy check in and check out. I suffer from migraine headaches and most light fixtures have very bright LED bulbs. This type of lighting triggers headaches. I kept most overhead lighting off so it was kind of dark.

My family and I enjoyed our time at Folly Beach. Dunes Properties made it easy for us to reserve, check in and check out. Our condo had a fantastic view of the ocean/beach and our stay was very comfortable.

Stunning views and easy access

We stayed here for Spring Break and even though the weather was terrible the condo was beautiful, the views were AMAZING! and it was walking distance to so many things, it was a fabulous trip!! Will definitely be back!!

Condo was just as advertised. Comfortable, clean, all the basics. Lovely view from balcony of ocean and beach and short walk to all the restaurants. Probably the best location in Folly Beach.

Excellent stay

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the property. The view from the condo was the best part. I would stay here again. The only complaint would be only having two key fobs for two families to share, but that would be it.

Folly beach location

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. The televisions were not working upon arrival and it took a few calls to get someone, but the guy who showed up was very helpful and restored service quickly. The location was perfect - right in the beach and within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. It was comfortable and we would book this condo again.

relaxing week at the beach

Loved the condo, the view of the ocean, the ability to walk to Pier and "downtown" Folly beach. Loggerhead restaurant (literally across the street) was amazing. Lost Dog cafe is a must! Balcony was A+++. Only negative was fan in master BR made a clicking sound intermittently through the night :(

Girls Weekend

We had 8 people stay in this condo for a girls weekend. The view of the ocean is great and the pool was nice too! The condo has 3 rooms and 3 full bathrooms and 4 queen beds (1 is the pull out couch). This condo was perfect for exploring Folly and not too far from the airport or downtown Charleston.
