The Space: This condo is located across the street from Tides Folly Beach on the top (fourth) floor. It can be accessed by elevator or stairs. Upon entering the condo, you will find the first bedroom on the right. This room is furnished with a king-size bed, two side tables and lamps, a ceiling fan, a large closet and a full bathroom with tub. Across from this room is the second bedroom with a queen-size bed, two side tables and lamps, a ceiling fan, a closet and a full bathroom with tub.

Continuing down the hallway, you will enter an open kitchen and living space. The kitchen features granite countertops with all the cookware you may need during your stay as well as a fridge, microwave, oven, stovetop, dishwasher and coffeemaker with locally roasted coffee provided by our management company, StayDuvet. There are also four stools for eating around the kitchen counter as well as a dining table for four. The living room has a large couch, coffee table, side tables with lamps and a large flat screen Roku TV with streaming services.

The master bedroom is located off of the living room. It features a king-size bed, side tables with lamps, a ceiling fan, a large flat screen Roku TV with streaming services and a large en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower.

Both the living room and the master bedroom have direct access to a large deck overlooking the ocean.

A washer and dryer are available in the main hallway. There is also parking on the ground level.

We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!

*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*

These are currently scheduled for repair and will not affect your stay, but we always want to be transparent with guests. If this is of concern, please contact our reservations team prior to booking.

*Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
