Diese schöne (3 SCHLAFZIMMER ~ 3 FULL BATH), dritte Etage Wohnung, die (SLEEPS 8) wird Sie nicht enttäuschen - Es ist ein Endgerät mit herrlichem, unverbaubarem Blick - Sie können den Sonnenaufgang und den Sonnenuntergang von dieser Wohnung aus genießen - Sie werden haben Blick auf das Meer mit Blick auf die Straße! (AUFZUG).

LAGE! LAGE! LAGE! Sein (auf der anderen Straßenseite aus dem Meer) und nur (1. 5 Blocks vom Zentrum Straße), mit all den gemütlichen Geschäften und Restaurants. Es besteht keine Notwendigkeit, überall fahren, mit Ausnahme der 15 Minuten Fahrt in die Stadt Charleston!

Diese Wohnung ist sehr gut mit Heizung und Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit einem Geschirrspüler, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Mixer, und Müllabfuhr.

Es gibt mehr als genug Platz im ganzen Haus, mit einem Esstisch, die 6 und 4 Barhocker in der Küche Bar sitzt - Master Suite öffnet sich mit einem (GARDEN TUB) im Bad in die Open-Air-Terrasse auf. Es gibt Deckenventilatoren im ganzen Haus.

Wohnbereich hat einen wunderbaren (PORCH MIT BEFESTIGTER OPEN AIR SOUTHERN WRAP BALCONY) mit Außenstühlen, alle mit Blick auf das Meer mit freiem Blick - Dieses Haus hat 1 überdachten Parkplatz und dann gibt es ein offenes Grundstück, das Platz für mehr bietet (zuerst kommen servieren) Es gibt auch kostenlose Parkplätze auf der Straße - alles für einen Preis, den Sie wirklich nicht schlagen können !!

Great!

Love Folly beach!

This property is in such a nice spot right across from the beach! Very spacious, and slept 7 people perfectly. The place was clean when we arrived! And, the view was wonderful! The only thing I would wish for is a pool, but otherwise a great stay!

Location, location, location. Great views from the balcony made it feel like you were actually on the beach. Restaurants, stores, bars all within walking distance. Cool little town.

Great property!

This was a home run - the location was perfect - right across the beach, quick walk to downtown, easy ride into Charleston, perfect! The condo was great too, clean, well-kept, and awesome views of the beach with all its wildlife. Only thing we missed a little was the lack of channels available on tv...good thing we weren’t spending a lot of time in front of the tv!!

Beautiful View

The view was beautiful and loved hearing the waves rolling in. The condo was very nice and had plenty of room and was stocked with everything we needed. We were at the end of the street so it was very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely come back. Thanks for an awesome stay!!

A Pleasant Stay

We picked this unit for the view and we were not disappointed! Vacationed for 4 nights with our Son and Daughter-in-law and after sightseeing all day we were welcomed home each time by our wonderful ocean view. We also spent many mornings drinking coffee on the patio! The elevator was hit or miss but otherwise a lovely vacation home.

The condo was convenient to restaurants and the beach

Awesome Place!

We loved this condo, and plan to stay here each time we visit Folly! You can't beat the location- beach access with a wonderful view of the ocean, and walking distance to restaurants and bars! While parking would be tight for a full-size SUV, van or truck underneath the building, there is plenty of parking behind.The elevator was working, so loading and unloading was a breeze! We enjoyed being on the top floor with no noise from a unit above. We definitely recommend this condo!

Outstanding

We enjoyed our stay very much! The only things I would mention for improvement would be the sliding door is difficult to open and the toilet seat in the Master Bath doesn't fit the toilet. Great vacation

My my kids and I stayed here, celebrating my 50th birthday & my daughter's 25th. The condo was clean & spacious. The views amazing!! The proximity to town convenient. The only tiny issue I had was the tub draining when I took a bath. But I put a rag over the drain and keep my feet on top. I highly recommend this place!! Great location

The location is the best! The couch is quite worn and not too comfortable and the lack of certain cable channels (especially The Weather Channel) was annoying. The elevator was out of service one night and was an inconvenience since the unit is on the 3rd (really 4th floor due to parking on the ground floor), but it was back in working order fairly quickly after I emailed the management company.

Great location and unit

Great location and great condo. The only negatives are the parking spot is a little small/hard to get in to so we had to park out front (never had a problem getting a spot), and the baking supplies need updating (ie. not a full set of measuring cups, one can opener wouldn’t cut, and the muffin pan was rusted). But these are very specific negatives and honestly do not deter from a 5 star rating. Will look to book again for sure.

What a fantastic condo!

If I could give a rating of more than outstanding I would! Location was perfect, across from the beach and close to Center Street. Kitchen was stocked properly with everything you would need for someone who plans on cooking. Bedrooms were roomy. Patio was divine and the four top table allowed us to enjoy dinner outside. Loved having a dining room table that we could all sit at. I don't think the pictures do it justice! Natalia and team were great and quick to respond to all of our needs. This will be my go to for future Folly visits. And to be honest, I actually didn't want to give a good review for fear that a lot of people might start staying here and it wouldn't be available when I needed it lol. Severe safety hazard that needs to be addressed and was not after we reported it.

During the first day, we noted that the sliding back door that goes directly out to the balcony was broken and was unable to latch or lock. Being on the 3rd floor and having a 3 year old made us extremely uneasy due to the potential hazard which could result in extensive injuries including death. We notified the maintenance department who arrived after two days and their initial recommendation was putting a wooden rod into the door slide to prevent the door from opening. We noted to maintenance that the slider was on the exterior and this not a feasible option. The initial call was on made on Friday, 5/28/21 the day after our arrival; maintenance arrived on Saturday, 5/29/21 to evaluate (and recommended replacement). After Saturday, 5/29/21 we never heard anything back from them. For the next 5 days we had to ensure that the door stayed closed to ensure that our 3 year old did not open the door on his own.

Our beach trip

We really enjoyed this unit with a great ocean view. The management was very helpful answering calls and even giving me safe directions to get into town safely. They were very attentive.
