It's conveniently located just across the street from a beach access, a short 30-second walk to the Emerald Coast. Upon entry, you will find an open living, dining and kitchen area that opens up to the back patio which overlooks the backyard and private pool. The room is centered by a large, flat-screen TV and fireplace. Natural light shines through floor-to ceiling windows with views of the beach. The kitchen has a dazzling countertop island, stainless-steel appliances, a breakfast bar and a full-length dining table.

Down the hall, you'll find the first primary bedroom, king bed and full private bathroom. This room also features private access to the back patio and pool views from floor to ceiling windows. The bathroom features rain showerheads and marble tile floors.

There are two guest bedrooms, one with a king bed and the second with two bunkbeds down the hall. A half-guest bathroom is located next to these rooms.

The backyard is fully fenced with sunbathing chaise lounges surrounding a crisp, sea-salt private pool. Two picnic tables, a charcoal grill, an outdoor shower and pool toys are provided.
