The cottage is a short stroll, only 8 houses from the beach access at East Ruskin Pavilion, one block to downtown Seaside, and steps to gorgeous Seaside Avenue.

This one-bedroom carriage house can be found directly over a garage, privately located off the main cottage, ‘Vista Del Mar', and facing East Ruskin Street with a private driveway with parking for one smaller car off street in front of the cottage. It has its own private entryway, as well as an outdoor shower. Guests can meander through an enclosed stairway to find the entry door with steps leading to the second floor living area . Step into the main level and discover an open floor plan. This level features an open living area, as well as a flat-screen TV and white slipcovered chaise lounger seating for two. In close proximity to this space is an open, fully equipped kitchen, as well as a queen bed and full bathroom. Another amazing feature of this cottage is its very own private balcony, where guests can relax and enjoy stunning sunsets and views of the town. * Pets are allowed with certain restrictions and provisions, guests should be placing dogs in crates when guests are not in the house. An additional $50 a day rental pet fee will be collected in addition to the flat $100 pet fee. Pets will not be allowed on furniture. No pet over 50 lbs.

* 3-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and 2-night minimum Fall & Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.
