Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the apartment, including the in-unit laundry facilities. They can also utilize the reserved parking for one vehicle, the beach supplies room, gas grills, and all common areas.



The Neighborhood:

Experience the relaxed vibe of Indian Rocks Beach, a delightful community situated between Clearwater and St. Pete. Enjoy easy access to dining and shopping options just north on Gulf Boulevard, like Villa Gallace and Crabby Bills Seafood, all within walking distance. For a culinary treat, head to Salt Rock Grill, located a short distance south. You're also close to John's Pass, a major attraction just 6 miles away. Numerous restaurants await along Gulf Boulevard, with convenient access to St. Pete Beach (20 min) and Clearwater Beach (20 min). Important notes: Promotions may have blackout dates. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit; a $500 fee applies. Designated smoking area is on the SE corner. Guests must be 25+ with a valid credit card and ID. Check-in is self-service, available 24/7, at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. No partial refunds for early departures. Cleaning and taxes are included in the total price. The damage waiver covers accidental damage within the unit only; intentional damage is not covered.
