Residence Du Cap consists of main three bedroom two story villa along with matching one bedroom two story cottage. Each bedroom has it owns private balcony, Air conditioning and ensuite bathroom. All rooms have stunning views of the entire coastline. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. The villa has a large and luxurious kitchen with every appliance and utensils to meet your fine dining needs. The living room and main floor are air conditioned and furnished with a Natuzzi leather sectional along with a 65" curved TV and state of the art sound system. Equipped with a firestick and best of all, Starlink satellite for your high internet needs throughout the entire property. Indoor and outdoor dining along chaise lounge chairs and pool with a view to die for. Equipped with both a gas and charcoal BBQ for all your grilling needs. Fully fenced and secure with monitored security. Residence Du Cap is a 5 minutes drive to the famous Pigeon Island Beach and less than 10 minutes away from Rodney Bay. Wonderful villa in Cap Estate

Two adult couples rented this villa for our 4 night stay in Cap Estate. The view over Rodney Bay, Pigeon Island, and the Caribbean Sea is spectacular. Wonderful sunsets every afternoon, as we sat out by the pool. Two houses: a main with 3 BR’s and a guest house with 1 BR (and kitchen and sitting area). Owner was very helpful and completely responsive to all of our questions. Good A/C units in all rooms, nice tv and music setup. Good Wi-Fi. Modern kitchen. Only a 5-8 minute drive to many restaurants and shops (we ate every meal out other than breakfasts). 5* rating for both the villa itself and the owner.

I am business man who came from the toy industry and retired to the islands with several properties I own and manage for family and friends. I enjoy deep sea fishing and currently have my yacht located in St. Lucia. Being a host has given me a renewed passion in doing something I love and making sure we offer vacation villas to a high standard for our guests. There is nothing more I enjoy than hearing the responses of our guests on the great stay and vacation they had in one our villas.

Cap Estate in the premier development in St Lucia. With its estate homes on 1 acre plus lots there is enough privacy and close enough to be neighborly. There are only sunsets and coastline views here and the location is close to all the amenities St Lucia has to offer. The best beaches are located within minutes by car along with golf courses, shopping, Marina and nightlife.

The 2 villas are all climate controlled throughout all the bedrooms and common areas, something very hard to find. With a private pool, private bedroom balconies and on the main floor with outdoor dining there are views from every position in around the villa. Our Starlink internet system gives you peace of mind for communications and streaming. All or our sheets are 100% cotton and all mattresses are super comfy. This villa with its large state of the art kitchen is a chefs dream with everything you'll need in preparing a meal along with a gas and charcoal grill for those BBQ evenings. You will not be disappointed.
