Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury self-catering apartment is located in the Zoetry Marigot Bay Resort and comes with spectacular views across the resort and marina. It is the perfect place to relax, be active or use as a base to explore beautiful St Lucia.

An All-Inclusive option can be purchased as a supplement from the resort (approx USD $200 per person per day and half that for children) or guests can pay as they go at the resort bars and restaurants. There are also many dining options around the bay, all within a few minutes of the apartment, and more than enough options to eat at a different place each night of your stay.

As a guest of the Zoetry resort you have access to the many complimentary activities on offer at the resort, including yoga, pilates, rainforest trek, cooking classes, massage class and water sports. Also included in the rental price is free wifi, a daily maid service and access to the pools and gym.

The beach is a short 2 minute ride across Marigot Bay on the Zoetry ferry. Complimentary sunbeds, kayaks and catamarans are available for resort guests.

The apartment has two huge bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a TV (with Netflix/satellite) in each bedroom and a kitchen/dining area with appliances and coffee maker. The lounge area has a pull-out bed (if you want to sleep six). There is AC throughout, floor to ceiling windows opening onto a large balcony from the lounge and also opening to balconies in each bedroom. Sitting on the balcony as the sun goes down is one of my favourite things to do in the world.

The apartments are constructed in a natural style with dark wood that blends in with its environment and it feels like you are staying in a rainforest setting. The apartment is very private but you have the resort facilities just a few steps away.

I have prepared a guide I send to guests once they confirm a booking. This lists more information on activities and things to do around Marigot Bay and on the island. There is lots to do in wonderful St Lucia!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Marigot Bay Zoetry property. The space was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly positioned with stunning views of the bay. The amenities were excellent and made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. The location couldn’t be better—steps from great restaurants and the marina, and an ideal home base for exploring St. Lucia’s top destinations like the Pitons, botanical gardens, waterfalls, Sugar Beach, and Rodney Bay.The host was exceptional before, during, and after our stay. Communication was prompt and thoughtful, and the detailed visitor’s guide they provided covered everything we needed to plan our days with ease. It made the entire experience smooth and stress‑free.This is absolutely a place we’ll consider again on our next trip to St. Lucia. It exceeded expectations in every way and made our visit truly memorable.

We had a brilliant stay at Javid’s Zoetry apartment. Great communication from the booking process and the resort is amazing. We did non-all inclusive and had no issues. Amazing Condo

The condo is very nice, spacious and great views of the pool and harbor. The resort staff is very accommodating and friendly. Margot Bay is very picturesque with a couple of fun food and bar locations on the water. We loved our trip to St Lucia and this apartment was the perfect homebase for our family of 5. The resort amenities were great. Gym and pools were so nice to have. We only went to the beach once, be sure to ask what's included for your stay to avoid any confusion. Parking was convenient, they were willing to park the car for us, but also allowed us to park it ourselves. We preferred parking it ourselves. Plenty of food options at the resort or near by if you don't want to leave. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

We (family of 5) loved our 7-night stay with Javid. The 2-bed unit is huge with great showers, powerful AC and very comfortable beds. It is very quiet and dark for sleeping - but bright and beautiful during the day. The setting in Marigot Bay was stunning and very relaxing. There are several restaurant options within a 10 min walk if you don't want to eat onsite - we did a mix of onsite, in the neighborhood and 20-30 min drives away. Marigot Bay is perfectly situated so you can enjoy the north and south. Javid provides an amazing list of recommendations that helped us plan a perfect trip. The small beach is a quick boat ride where you can swim, kayak,etc. We preferred other beaches, but this was a good option to have accessible. We rented a car and it is hard to imagine not having one when staying in Marigot Bay. Javid is super-easy to communicate with and we will definitely stay here again when we return!

Great time at Marigot Bay

The apartment was modern,clean, and well furnished. The staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. Not having the all inclusive status greatly diminish the options for dining. And I would not recommend driving at night to find a place to eat. Beautiful island, and driving around can be challenging but worth it. Overall a wonderful experience.

Beautiful condo & View of Bay

The condo itself was very beautiful & spacious. It was high up in the resort, with lots of stairs to access, but provided a beautiful view. Unfortunately, most of the main amenities were not available as described in the listing (microwave, dishwasher, washer, cooking utensils). Javid (owner) was very responsive; the issue was with the resort staff, with whom I had to repeatedly deal with to get the things we needed. After the first couple days, we were happy with the accommodations that were finally made.

Amazing property

The pictures don't do this place justice. It's part of the Zoetry resort, which wasn't totally clear from the listing and is a huge benefit. The apartment is incredible--beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. It's also huge. Each bedroom has a desk, sitting area, and the bathrooms are enormous. We stayed there as a family of four and had more than enough space. The resort is pristine and the staff are incredibly helpful. It was also very quiet; we heard no other families or noises during the time we were in the apartment. It is definitely a luxury property and I cannot recommend enough.

True tranquility

Well traveled life but found true tranquility in this phenomenal property. Lush oriental gardens and paths to walk, to contemplate and appreciate life. Very well appointed and spacious accommodations for a family or couples to share. Set up for wireless but put it away and just become renewed and refreshed by the beauty of surroundings; watched 2 hummingbirds darting in and out amongst beautiful flowers and saw a soaring eagle. Very quiet and private, have own beach where you can readily find oysters and clams. Just a short walk from docks where float plane lands and slips for boats. Will return to this special place.

Beautiful property in stunning location

We had a wonderful holiday in Marigot Bay. The setting is stunning and having access to hotel facilities is great. Javid was a brilliant host, communicating regularly with us (and helping sort an extra apartment for my parents to join us) and his recommendations for excursions and restaurants were very helpful. River kayaking through the mangroves, zip wiring through the jungle and a boat day trip snorkelling were real highlights. Since the hotel has recently become all inclusive, unless you pay to go all inclusive (and rates are very high at the moment), you can’t access most of the hotel bars/restaurants (but can use pool, gym, beach) which limits you to eating in local restaurants. There are some nice local places but I hope the hotel will soon realise how much trade they’re losing (from guests and yacht owners) and allow you to pay to use the hotel eateries. Some of the hotel restaurants are still being refurbished and are not yet open. The views from the apartment are spectacular and the apartment itself is spacious, modern and clean. We loved Marigot Bay.

Appartement en service zijn top!

Wij waren een week in dit schitterende appartement! Het uitzicht op de baai is adembenemend. Het appartement is ruim en alles wat je wenst, is er. Het is onderdeel van een uitstekend hotel, zowel de faciliteiten (heerlijk zwembad en verschillende restaurants) als de service waren top! Het restaurant Chateau Migo was onze favoriet, eten als de zon onder gaat… Wij hebben een auto gehuurd en zo het eiland verkend. De plek is ook prima, omdat je eigenlijk halverwege Castries (en Pigeon Island) en Soufriere (en de Pitons) zit. Wij zijn via Washington gevlogen omdat we daar nog een week wilden doorbrengen, maar er is ook een directe verbinding vanuit Londen. En Javid is een uitstekende gastheer op afstand! Wij raden dit appartement heel graag aan!

We were a week in this beautiful apartment! The view of the bay is breathtaking. The apartment is spacious and everything you want is there. It is part of an excellent hotel, both the facilities (lovely pool and various restaurants) and the service were top notch! The restaurant Chateau Migo was our favorite, food when the sun goes down ... We rented a car and explored the island. The place is also fine, because you are actually halfway between Castries (and Pigeon Island) and Soufriere (and the Pitons). We flew through Washington because we wanted to spend another week there, but there is also a direct connection from London. And Javid is an excellent host at a distance! We highly recommend this apartment!

Great getaway!

The property is lovely. Javid was very kind and helpful, quickly responding to any questions. He provided a great list of restaurants and activities that was very useful and appreciated. We went on a full day snorkeling and land adventure with Andre at the dive shop Javid recommended, it was wonderful. We also went kayaking down the river (through the dive shop) which was amazing. The property has an incredibly nice trainer, Jay, who offers free yoga classes and a guided hike up the mountain. He was full of knowledge about the local vegetation and remedies for different ailments. The view from the top of the mountain was beautiful! I would definitely recommend stopping at the grocery store for breakfast and lunch items. Eating at the resort is very expensive.

Excellent first vacation after the Pandemic!

My husband and I traveled with another couple that we typically travel with that we hadn’t seen in 2 years due to the Pandemic and this trip was just what we needed! Communication from the start with Jay was perfect. Quick efficient and any questions I had beyond the very detailed pamphlet we received were quickly answered. This resort was beautiful, the room and amenities were spot on for accuracy. The only obstacles I had were my own doing. (I.e- my group are big coffee drinkers, and we couldn’t get the nespresso machine to taste to our liking but we honestly just got instant coffee at the grocery store and it worked fine! I would definitely recommend stopping at the grocery store on your way here from the airport. We had a 13 hour travel day and I did not want to do that but my husband insisted and I’m glad we did because it was a nice treat to have snacks, drinks and a cocktail once we got settled. ($40 to take a round trip drive to the grocery store if you go after the fact.) If traveling in the near future and resort activities are your thing- check ahead. For instance, I’m a fitness person and was excited to use the fitness center, take advantage of the complimentary classes and hike, and utilize a personal trainer. When we arrived all classes etc had been cancelled- so the website of the resort is not always updated with the most accurate info. (Good to note:: they were going to make calls to have someone come out to the resort to be a personal trainer for me specifically but I certainly didn’t want to be a bother.) I just like to state this because the resort really treats you like family and tries to go above and beyond for you regardless. ) Other reviewers have said it before - but Jay is super informative. It was nice to have his recommendations sent ahead of time so we could plan excursions ahead of time. We decided to take water taxis everywhere as the car might have been a bit cheaper it’s important to note that roads are very different in St. Lucia. We took a 20 min water taxi to a beach on our last day- our land taxi said that would have taken us an hour and we decided to take the water taxi to enjoy the beautiful weather. (Also good to note that the water taxis stay with you all day which was nice because they took us to multiple places and did lots of special things for us) Overall, I already miss St. Lucia and Marigot Bay! Until we meet again….

Marigot Bay Resort

This property at Marigot Bay is a great location, especially if you don’t want to vacation around big touristy crowds. Marigot Bay Resort is beautiful, this condo was very nice, perfect for our family of 5, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The owner supplied a thorough list of things to do and see as well as good suggestions for car rental and grocery purchases. Jay, thank you for a wonderful, beautiful and sunny place to stay while it is snowing and cold back home!

We are a family of six based in London and have owned the property since 2007. We have had many family holidays together in our lovely apartment and welcome you to enjoy the same experience.

In a large family like ours (I have four daughters all over the age of 23) and now expanding with grandchildren, we quite often want different things from a holiday, whether it's relaxing from the pressures of day to day life, action packed adventure and activities or to use as a home from home and a base to explore the island. Constructed in a dark natural wood, it feels like we are staying in a rainforest but with all the facilities of a 5* resort at hand.

An All-Inclusive option can be purchased as a supplement from the resort or guests can pay as they go at the resort bars and restaurants. There are also many dining options around the bay, all within a few minutes of the apartment, and more than enough options to eat at a different place each night of your stay.

As a guest of the Zoetry resort you have access to the many complimentary activities on offer at the resort, including yoga, pilates, rainforest trek, cooking classes, massage class, watersports and games. There are also paid activities like a sunset cruise and wine and rum tasting classes.
