Welcome to our serene Lake Tichigan retreat, where you'll be greeted by stunning views, beautiful wildlife such as bald eagles, swans, and seagulls, and a cozy home designed with your comfort in mind.

Relax with your whole family, including your beloved dog, in this newly remodeled 3 bed, 3 bath modern farmhouse-style cottage. Unwind by the firepit next to the lake and enjoy breathtaking views from every bedroom.

Our home is equipped with a king bed, fireplace, kids play area, board games, standing work desks, and more! It comfortably accommodates up to 8 people with 2 twin trundle beds, 2 twin beds, 1 queen bed, 1 king bed, and 1 pullout sofa bed.

- Bedroom and bathroom layouts:
Main bedroom (king bed) + en suite bathroom - ground floor.
Queen bedroom + en suite bathroom - upstairs.
Bedroom with two twin beds - upstairs.
* And one shared bathroom on the ground floor.


We take great pride in maintaining an exceptionally clean and sanitized environment for our guests. Our cozy house is ideally suited for families, offering the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. However, please note that the house is best suited for 6 adults and 2 kids, rather than 8 adults. Therefore, we kindly request that you send us a message prior to booking to ensure the accommodation is the best fit for your group.

Experience the luxury of en suite bathrooms in both our Master bedroom and Queen bedroom. Our unique 3-bath setup ensures a comfortable stay for extended families or groups.
Please note that this cottage shares the pier, lakefront and parking with Cottage B.

Please be aware of the following unique aspects of your stay:

- Please note both the standing shower in the mudroom and the shower in the queen room is on the smaller side.

- Smoking is not permitted inside the house, and marijuana smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.

- As we are located by the lake, our water may have a distinct mineral scent. This is common in lake houses and is completely safe.

- Please be mindful of our sewage system and avoid flushing anything other than toilet paper, as the city sewage by the lake is sensitive.

- If you're interested in a leisurely outing on the lake, we offer pontoon boat rentals at $200 per night (only for summer season).

- Kayaks and paddle boards are next to Cottage B and free for everyone to use. We have a total of 4 kayaks, one paddle board (adult size) and two paddle boards (kids size) all included in your stay.

- Cornhole Toss Game only available for your backyard fun :)

- During the May-June season, lake flies are abundant. They are harmless but can be an annoyance. They typically disappear within two weeks and are a food source for fish in the lake. It is important to keep windows and doors closed at night, as they are attracted to bright lights and can enter through screen doors.

- Keypad: Enter the code and then press "Unlock." The code will be sent to you 2 days before check-in.

- We are a dog family ourselves and understand how nice it is to bring them along. We allow up to 2 dogs (DOGS ONLY) to accompany you with a non-refundable pet fee of $55 per pet per stay. Unfortunately, we are unable to host your cat due to allergies. If a Guest brings a dog and does not inform us, a $1,000 pet fee will apply.

Please note: Violating our house rules may result in a $500 fine.
