Welcome to The Beverly! A quaint, 2 bedroom, 1 bath home located on Buena Lake with a touch of mid-century modern design is perfect for your get-a-way. Whether it is a romantic weekend or a stay for fun, the Waterford Wi area has plenty of summer and winter activities to enjoy. You can fish, go kayaking or boating or just relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets!

Enjoy this elegant home with a mid-century modern flair. Featuring lake front views, hot tub and stunningly unique vintage decor. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking essentials, coffee and filters. Enjoy listening to albums while relaxing in the living room or enjoy the sunset from the year round  hot tub. Outside you can enjoy a bonfire at the fire-pit, have a barbecue on the grill, fish off of the pier or go kayaking on the lake. The areas natural beauty is ideal for the perfect get-a-way. Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the water and the abundance of wildlife, although shops and restaurants are only a few minutes' drive away. The area is peaceful and quiet. This is a setting for all to enjoy.

Things to Know:

 We  require our guests to be ID verified either thru AirBnb or by us.

Check in time is 3pm/Check out time is 10am.

Early check in/late checkout: We are happy to accommodate an early check in or late check out whenever possible. There is an early check-in fee of $75 and a late check-out fee of $75. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out or on the same day as your arrival or departure, so we can only approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please let us know so we can initiate an advance payment.

Check-out: Please do a thorough check for anything you might have forgotten; don't forget to look under beds, couches, etc. Please check-out on time unless otherwise approved and late check-out fee is paid for.

Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet time outside after 9pm.

There are no guests, visitors, gatherings or parties allowed.

The owner will visit to treat the hot tub as necessary

No smoking allowed in the home.

**Please Note: This property is located on Buena Lake and you will encounter bugs such as mosquitoes, flies, bees, spiders, ants, to name a few. We do treat for insects monthly, however it is impossible to keep the house and property completely bug free**
