You've found a Hidden Gem at Eagles Nest! This newly built home is the perfect retreat when you need a change of pace. Settle into the mountainside and unwind in this four bedroom home. Enter into the spacious living room with comfortable seating around a gas log fireplace with large TV. An open floor plan leads to the dining area and kitchen outfitted for any chef.

Please note that a new home is being constructed on a nearby lot.

The King Suite is off the living room. It features a 55” TV, and ensuite bath with a luxurious tiled shower and granite vanity. Upstairs are two Queen bedroom suites, each with a TV and attached bath with tub/shower combo. There is a den upstairs with a desk and chair (in addition to the one in the basement) for taking those unplanned work calls or forgotten homework assignments. The fourth sleeping area is in the basement with two sets of twin XL custom timber frame bunk beds, and a full custom bath with trough sink and tile shower.

Downstairs is a movie and game room with large sectional, 70” TV, Tornado foosball table, desk, beverage fridge, and a PacMan arcade game for fun and entertainment.

Enjoy the large outdoor space by watching TV from the hot tub, relaxing on the sofa by the fireplace, or preparing meals on the 36” Blackstone griddle or gas grill. Plenty of outdoor seating, including a backyard fire pit, to love the stunning Blue Ridge Mountain views year round!

Located in the Farms section of Eagles Nest, this home provides a private setting for enjoying nature and is located near the North Pavilion and Winery. In the summertime, enjoy a nice hike right from your doorstep! The winding trails can either be hiked by foot or by ATV, fun for everyone!

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.

Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes:
- This home allows up to two dogs for an additional rent of $25 per night per pet plus taxes. Mature, well-trained dogs, only. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
- Firewood for the fire pit may be added at the time of booking under "Additional Fees" after entering payment info or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a Firestarter for $25/night.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however, there may be an admission fee. Cash bar for food and drinks.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's and would be denied entry at the gate.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- The TV services at this home are streaming-only.
- This homeowner has installed exterior security cameras to ensure their home remains safe. One is a doorbell ring cam and the other is facing the trash cans. No cameras are on the back deck, hot tub area, or interior of the home.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.

CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of he deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
