Nestled in the heart of the mountains, welcome to a beautiful open-concept living space that seamlessly blends the kitchen, dining area, and living room to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. This home also has a generator that provides seamless connectivity should you need it in the beautiful winter weather. The kitchen features a stunning granite island, not only providing ample counter space for culinary creations but also serving as a focal point for social gatherings. Equipped with modern appliances and stylish cabinetry, it's a chef's dream come true.
Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a dining table perfectly set for six, offering an ideal spot for enjoying delicious meals with family and friends. The open design ensures that you can chat and connect with loved ones while preparing and savoring your culinary delights.
The living room is a cozy haven, complete with a gas fireplace that adds both warmth and ambiance to the space. HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.
Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Additional Notes:
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into the home.
- Firewood for the outdoor fireplace and firepit may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night plus tax.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's.
- Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
- 4WD required for winter months, and chains may also be necessary in times of snow or ice.
- All linens and towels provided.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Returning guests of Bucks and Bunnies may receive a 10% discount, not to be stacked with other discounts to the rent.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
