The main level features two queen bedrooms, a full bath, a bright bonus family room or office with an extra TV, and a warm fireplace surrounded by beautiful furnishings. Enjoy morning coffee on the large back deck while breathing fresh mountain air. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms: a queen room and a spacious room for slumber parties with a queen, a twin, and a twin bunk, sleeping up to 10 guests comfortably.

Location:
From this North Shore location you will find great trails for mountain biking and hiking around Watson Creek and even cross-country skiing on the Tahoe Cross Country Ski Trails. In fact, you will find trails from here to Tahoe City and the town of Carnelian Bay. There are three large resorts just a short drive away, approximately 10-13 miles. These resorts offer an abundance of winter and summer activities.

Parking:
Parking is available for 4 cars total in the summer and 3 total in winter. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 10 adults.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use.
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
