2022 new construction vacation house just 5 minutes to Lake Michigan beaches. Located in the charming Sheridan Beach community, walking distance to beach, zoo, Washington Park, Restaurants & Blue Chip Casino.

Features include a fully stocked kitchen including coffee maker, BBQ grill, assorted board games, beach day supplies (wagon, beach towels). Located just a 6-min walk to beach and a 2 min walk to 2 local gems: Dune Billies Café (breakfast & coffee joint) and Cool Running (Jamaican beer, rum, jerk chicken & seafood) and about a mile from many other amazing restaurants!

This beautifully designed, spacious townhome is the perfect spot for those who want a true getaway. Located in the Sheridan Beach neighborhood, there’s tons to do for guests of all ages: soaking up the sun & sand all day on the beach; hiking the dunes in the nation’s newest national park; enjoying a tasting at one of the many local wineries or breweries; renting a boat for a day on Lake Michigan; testing your luck at the Blue Chip Casino; playing with your kids at the Michigan City Zoo, park, or splash pad; going for a swim at the local community pool (6 min drive away); or enjoying one of the many cafes, restaurants, outlet shops, or antique stores located just a few minutes from this beautiful hideaway. Our host was amazing. The house was very well stocked for everything you might need to host a family meal. We only brought a turkey roasting pan to cook our thanksgiving dinner for 9 people but they had everything else we could have needed. The only thing that would have made our stay easier would have been to bring a baby gate but they even had a pack and play available for us. 10/10 would recommend for families!

Beautifully appointed home in a fantastic location with an easy walk to the beach. Thoughtful supplies included beach loungers and plentiful beach towels. The hot tub was the perfect place to end the day looking up at the stars. Will definitely be back!

Perfect lay out for a family

Clean!!! short walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and mall. House had everything you could ever need. Easy parking too. Blender and kurig coffe maker were key. (Only minor suggestion is if you like a big mug, bring your own, all though they did have travel ones). We always bring ours so it was no big deal. The bedding and towels were wonderful. Slightly low water pressure in upstairs master bath but zero complaints from others on the other 2 showers. Very nice of them to provide soaps and shampoo too. Very nice to have outdoor hose to rinse off sand from beach. Great entry way to leave shoes and beach bags in back.Hosts are super easy to text with. Hope to rent again!

Great property and location

We stayed here for a quick trip with two toddlers. Everything we needed was included! The location was great, just a quick walk to the beach. The parking pass was so helpful for an easy 1 minute drive to the beach when we didn't feel like carrying the kids! The house was newly constructed and very nice, lots of space for us to spread out and enjoy! If we come back to Michigan City, we will definitely stay here again!

Relaxing at The Dunes

We loved this very relaxing and beautifully decorated duplex. Everything was extremely clean and inviting! Very well appointed with all you could possibly need for a peaceful long weekend! Beds were comfortable , bathrooms were very nice! We truly enjoyed the beach and The Fish Camp was a great place to eat!! The owners were very friendly and helpful! We recommend staying here!!

Fourth of July Happy Place

This home was the perfect location for the 11 of us. Seven adults and four children 8 and under. The house is new and well cared for and the owners have considered all the needs for traveling families. There were numerous beach chairs and towels to carry on the 5 minute walk to the water. They provide a parking pass for the dashboard when you need to bring a car. They even have a wagon and a lovely portable cabana for the shade you’ll want during the day. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking needs as well as dishes for serving. There’s a hot tub, fire pit and comfortable seating right outside the back door. Communicating with the owners was easy and prompt. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed with anything. The beach crowd during the 4th is a little rowdy, but that is to be expected. There is a handbook at the home, to answer any questions about it and the surrounding area.
