Tastefully decorated, modern 2-bedroom/1.5-bathroom waterfront tiny house offers a cozy retreat. Complimentary access to 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards for exploring the waterways. Relax outdoors on the patio with a large dining table & grill under the twinkling patio lights.
Welcome to our cozy retreat! The master bedroom of our tiny and modern tiny home features a queen-sized bed and an ensuite half bathroom, while the loft space offers 1 queen and 2 twin-sized mattresses for added sleeping space. The full-sized modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home. Plus, enjoy the convenience of a full bathroom with a shower and provided towels and linens.
The cozy patio features a dining table and a grill, perfect for enjoying unforgettable evenings under the stars
Stay connected with WiFi available in the house and campground lounge, and take advantage of the washer and dryer in the campground.
As part of our campground amenities, enjoy 24-hour security, a marina, new boat ramp, eated pool, kiddie swimming pool, ice machine, horseshoe court, shuffleboard court, Bocce ball, Basketball court, Volleyball, playground, laundry facilities, convenience store and much more.
You have access to complimentary two kayaks and two paddleboards.
Please note that only 2 vehicles are allowed per unit, including boat trailers.
Guests bringing vessels must provide boat and trailer registration and insurance information 24 hours after booking to avoid delays or additional fees.

Situated at Mile Marker 101.5 Oceanside, we're conveniently located a quarter mile off U.S. 1 and just a mile south of the entrance to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, reachable within a short 7-minute drive.
Our prime location in Key Largo serves as the perfect base for exploring all that the Keys have to offer. Experience the wonders of John Pennekamp Park, where you can embark on glass-bottom boat tours, snorkeling adventures, sailing excursions, scuba diving trips, and kayak and paddle-board rentals, offering endless family water fun and unforgettable memories.

Interaction with Guest
Approximately one week prior to your arrival, you will receive a detailed property manual containing check-in instructions, including the lock box code for seamless access to the property. Should you have any questions or concerns at any point, feel free to reach out to us via phone call or message, and we'll be more than happy to assist you.

Guest Registration and Check-In Process:
Rental and Guest Registration Form: Guests are required to submit the Rental and Guest Registration Form at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Failure to do so may result in denied access to the Kampground.
Office Registration: All renters and guests must personally register with a Reservation Specialist upon arrival.
Photo ID Requirement: Renters and guests must provide a valid photo ID at the time of registration, and the name on the ID must match the name on the registration form.
Late Submission Fee: If a guest arrives without submitting the necessary paperwork at least 24 hours in advance, the owner will incur a service fee of $25.00, which will then be charged to the guest.
Check-In Information:Welcome Package: Upon registration, guests will receive a welcome package containing a gate card (requiring a reimbursable deposit), a parking pass, a map of the Kampground with directions to their designated lot, and a copy of the Kampground rules and regulations.
Rules and Regulations: Guests are required to adhere to all rules listed in the provided campground Rules and Regulations document, with particular attention to the Quiet Hour rule, which prohibits loud music or noise after 10:00 PM.
Check-In Times: Check-in time is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Please coordinate with us in advance if you require an earlier check-in. No check-in will be available after 10:00 PM.
Occupancy Limit: Each unit has a maximum occupancy limit of 6 people, including the owner and other occupants already on the property.
Pet Policy: Pets are permitted with a maximum weight limit of 100 pounds and a maximum of two pets per unit. Aggressive breeds are not allowed; please refer to the list on our website for details.
Marina and Boat Slips: The maximum boat size allowed is 25’ x 8.5’ x 2.5’. After check-in, renters must contact the office directly to reserve a boat slip and trailer parking. Insurance and registration for both the boat and trailer must be provided prior to arrival.
Additional Information:
Jet Ski Policy: Jet skis or wave runners are not permitted within the campground.
Guests will not be allowed in the park without proper paperwork. If the parked trailer and/or car extend onto the road, they must be parked in the campground lot, where parking is available at an additional charge (Boat Slip Rentals: Public boat slips can be rented for $40-$47 per day, plus taxes, please contact the office for seasonal rates and availability.)

While we maintain a monthly pest control service, guests may still encounter bugs, especially after prolonged periods of rain. Please keep windows and doors closed, and outdoor lights off when not in use, as they tend to attract bugs.
Gate Card Deposit: Upon check-in, a gate card will be provided by the front desk, requiring a $50 deposit. Please return the gate card to the front desk on the day of your check-out. Failure to do so may result in a $50 fee deducted from your deposit for card replacement.
