Living Room has comfy Sectional Sofa where you can sit & stream on the large Smart TV.
Master Bedroom has Tommy Bahama Furniture. King Size Bed, 2 matching Nightstands, Dresser along with a nice size Closet.
Master Bathroom is attached to the Bedroom and has large walk in Shower, Toilet & 2 Sinks.
First Floor has stacking Washer/Dryer.
Take the stairs up to 2nd floor with 2 nice size bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
Guest bedroom features Tommy Bahama Furniture with Queen Size Bed, large closet with a sliding door that leads directly out to main deck.
3rd Bedroom features 2 bunk beds by Maine Cottage "High Tide" that feature waves. Sleeps 4 children, has weight limit of 150 lbs max & age restrictions for Top Bunks for safety as stated by Manufacturer.
Hallway leads past Entertainment Area that has a mini kitchen - Cabinets, faucet, sink, Beverage Cooler & Kreuig K Cup Maker with complimentary Coffee and Tea Station.
Walk onto the Main Deck where you get beautiful views of Buttonwood Sound with outdoor seating.
Travel up the spiral stairs to the Roof Top Deck where you can see 360 degrees & feel the Bay Breezes, watch amazing Sunsets, Sailboats n Seagulls. Large outdoor sectional sofa & Chaises to enjoy the views & sunsets.
Downstairs has outdoor Dining Table & Chairs with Gas Grill.

Extra nightly fees/per person of $50-$800/night + 12.5 % Tax & booking fees/costs.
If Renter is found to have unauthorized persons/guests/visitors/day guests, there will be extra guests fees charged & owed plus FINE up to $5000 fine at sole discretion of Owner. I also have the right to EVICT any/all Renters for violating House Rules with NO refunds, partial refunds or compensation for any or all nights used or NOT used
I have right to file & take any & all legal actions to recoup any fees & fines or removal of Violators to loss.
