Our location is about 1 mile from the main commercial area of Key Largo, so guests don't hear any noise, yet, multiple retail outlets, drug stores, restaurants, attractions and excursions are conveniently nearby. We enjoyed our stay very much. The tower pool was perfect for relaxing and playing with the kids. Private laundry and two bathrooms were really nice. The host and cleaning personnel were easy to reach. The only thing I would recommend is new living and dining room furniture; the couch, chairs, and stools were not comfortable for gathering around the tv after a day in the sun. Thank you for providing beach towels. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was perfect. Everything we needed. We had lots of fun and the views are stunning.

Clean pretty unit with a lot of space!! Excellent location with a special pool and so close to the beach area where you can watch sunsets and sun rises. We also sat and had a fire on the beach. We enjoyed the property. The keys were a little difficult to access I believe because the lock box is older. An upgraded one would be nice. We stayed 2 nights and slept great both nights! Some leftover food was seen stuck on the silverware which kind of grossed us out. The rug at the front entryway should be removed as it doesn’t stay put on the floor and could easily be a tripping hazard. The bathrooms are updated and nice but the furniture could use an update. The pool was great and very close to the unit. The fishing area is kind of a hike but reasonable.

There's a walking path around the salt water lagoon/lake in the middle of the property. The Tower's open-air atrium with it's gardens is also well kept. Our housekeeper has been with us for 14 years and she does a fantastic job in between renters preparing our condo for our next set of Guests. We strive to keep the condo well stocked and provide all the amenities of home. We remain readily available to answer our Guests questions to ensure a pleasurable stay. Happy travels, Marianne

Yes, our condo is situated in a beautiful location, quietly nestled on the Atlantic Ocean coast about 1 mile away from the hustle and bustle of the commercial area of Key Largo, and surrounded by nature reserves and about 270 degree views of the ocean. 24x7 security is provided at our quiet, gated community. It is highly recommended to watch sunsets and sunrises from our 400' jetty which jets out into the Atlantic Ocean. You may also wish to fish from here, or simply take in the ocean breeze. Our upscale 2 2 condo is indeed spacious with approx. 1300 sf of space in an open-concept design fanning out to magnificent views of the Yacht Club marina and ocean beyond. You'll find a fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances, and a private laundry room is included for your use. We strive to provide all the amenities of home. Just pack your bags and enjoy! We love Key Largo, all the fun of Key West but without the crowds. This is a great condo located on a beautiful property with so many wonderful amenities. Even though we didn’t cook, the kitchen was very well appointed. The owner and the housekeeper were so easy to work with, and the sunsets of Key Largo did not disappoint!

The condo was beautiful and spacious and well stocked. When we first arrived the weather was warm and we used the pool once. Then a cold front came through and it was too cool to use the pool. The water cooled way down after that. Also it would be nice if the pool had bathroom facilities and a hot tub to use when it is cooler outside. The 3b elevator broke down on our last day when we were loading up to leave. We’d like to thank our hosts for a beautiful condo and for the discounted Nov pricing which made our stay possible! We would love to come back next year!

Beautiful home, clean and had all we needed, no problems at all with one of the swimmjng pools right outside the condo which made it very convenient. Only thing that would have made it over the top was to have a sandy beach with swimming area on site, otherwise, it was great!

Great time at Kawama

Marianne's place was very nice, clean, and it has everything you need for your stay. Great location and the property has lots of amenities.

Key Largo 5 star stay

We were in Key Largo with family to have a celebration of life for a family member. Our rental was perfect for the weekend. Would definitely recommend staying here!

And, our condo is on the side of the hexagonally-shaped Tower building that provides Ocean views. The Tower pool is just steps away, adjacent to the Marina. Great that you loved our condo... we put a lot of thought and effort into furnishing and decorating our condo with top end appliances, beds/mattresses, new bathrooms, and all the amenities of home! The location on the Atlantic Coast, with Ocean views is beautiful! Lots of restaurants, retail outlets, excursions/water sports and attractions are nearby. Fabulous location!

Visited with my Mother, sister and cousin. Felt very safe with the gated security. The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. Location was great! The beach, marina, pool were all very close by. And the condo was fabulous and very well stocked.

We're the proud owners of this beautiful Tower condo overlooking the yacht club and the Atlantic Ocean, as shown in the photo above looking back from the 400' Esplanade to our Kawama Tower building. It will give you a good idea of our beautiful condo, it's location relative to ocean views (it is directly facing the yacht club marina and ocean) and the Kawama Yacht Club property. Note that our condo is in the white Tower building closest to the ocean and isn't one of the townhomes which are further inland.

Key Largo is close to both Miami and Ft. Lauderdale International Airports, and is a fantastic island from which to explore the Keys. We bought this condo as we loved its spacious open concept layout, spectacular ocean views, 2 bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathrooms, and private laundry room. We also liked the oceanfront location of Kawama, without any noise from the Intercoastal Hwy (US#1). All amenities and attractions are so close, and the Keys atmosphere prevails. Location is the best of both worlds! Kawama offers 24x7 gated security, and many on-property amenities.

Kawama is situated well off of US#1, and is surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean on one side, 'parkland' with John Pennekamp State Park adjacent to the north and a bird sanctuary to the southwest. The 400' esplanade is actually owned by Pennekamp State Park. Very quiet and relaxing location, with beautiful professionally maintained grounds. Yet it is so conveniently located to the major shopping areas and restaurants in Key Largo. The large "lagoon" or lake, which is attached to the ocean and rises and falls with the tides, is also a unique feature offered by our Kawama property, and is great for non-motorized watercraft, swimming, scuba diving, not to mention feeding the many colourful fish that stocked here.
