We enjoyed our stay. The home had everything we needed as a family. Especially appreciated the beach towels and the washer and dryer. The place was clean and well furnished. We enjoyed the patio space with access to the beach.

The property matched the online photos perfectly. It was fully stocked with every amenity you could think of. Everything was fresh and clean. The location was a 5 minute walk to the beach and the bay was right outside the door. The washer and dryer were a lovely bonus! It was such a timesaver to go home with clean clothes.Our family of four would definitely stay again!

I would like to start out by saying that anytime that we had a problem example coffee maker broke you were right on it and sent us a new one the following day. The management was five star. There were a couple things with the condo that you may want to consider changing. The master bedroom and bunk bed room have no dressers. In fact bunk room has no closet. The metal sets of drawers are rusted. Another couple sets of towels would be nice as well. I felt like we were constantly washing towels. And nothing in your power but the reason we rented this condo was because of the view on the beach. It was disappointing that they had the sand piled high to keep the tide back which obstructed the view.

The coastal air makes keeping metal items free of rust challenging, but we'll inspect the drawers and assess whether they need replacing. We'll also review your suggestions about storage and extra towels. We understand how disappointing the obstructed ocean view was. The city takes hurricanes and unusual storms seriously, as does our team when preparing our homes to minimize weather impacts. While the protective sand berm can affect the view, guest safety and flood prevention must come first. We appreciate your understanding!

Location was perfect for our needs. The unit was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen was nice and stocked with plenty of dishes/cooking items. We only rent places with parking spots so having a garage and another designated parking was amazing. The only suggestion I would give is the beach chairs need to be updated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location and views! Property was very clean and comfortable. Great to have two parking spaces. Kitchen and BBQ were great for cooking, all the necessary tools provided. We could have stayed on that patio forever but there was so much to do in Mission Beach, we loved all that too! Kayaking, bike riding, surfing, runs on the boardwalks, walks by the ocean, people watching from the patio. Host had good communication, check in/check out were easy. Would definitely recommend this property!

We have stayed in this complex twice now and both ground floor units were very nice. Clean and everything you need in the entire unit. We love the location. People watching is very fun and you are right on the bay for bike rides. We will definitely stay here again.

Property was great and close to everything! Beach chairs, wagon and cooler provided which came in very handy. Off street parking was key. Very prompt and clear communication.

Location!

Perfect place to bring your family. Convenient to all the fun in the neighborhood. We will definitely come back garage. Space for storage was an extra plus for us with all our water toys we brought down with us.

Cozy Beach Cottage with an Amazing Location

Perfect choice for our family vacation! Location was incredible. One block to the beach, yet on the quiet bayside. Walkable to everything! Belmont Park was cute, boardwalk was fun and downtown was accessible. The house set up was great! Plenty of space, full stocked, super clean and updated. Communication with the host was spot on! They were super responsive and happy to answer all of our questions quickly. Great stay overall!
