Fantastic Stay

Abbey del Sol was phenomenal to work with from start to finish. The property was clean and beautiful, an easy walk to the part of town with restaurants/shops and overall just lovely. The staff was friendly, helpful and kind - I can't recommend them enough.

It was immaculately clean with a large private courtyard. The location was two short blocks from the beach and beach chairs and large towels were provided. We also enjoyed bikes that were offered with the unit. The staff was pleasant, responsive and very helpful. We had a most enjoyable stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my 5th visit to Puerto Morelos, and Abbey Del Sol is the best place to stay. My flight was cancelled and the host graciously refunded my first night and upgraded my room. The rooms are very clean, very large, and well-appointed. The kitchen was incredibly organized with everything to cook a variety of meals. The front desk also arranged a round-trip shuttle which less than the other airport options. The property is a short walk to the beach and downtown and in a quiet location. Additionally, the free bike use is awesome, allowing you to cruise around town, get groceries, etc. Overall, this is a great place to stay and I'm looking forward to my next visit!

Quiet outdoor area to sit and relax. I have to say the kitchen was better equipped than my own. The beautiful Mexican pottery as your dishes were the perfect accent. We loved the pool and having it a few steps from the room was great. The folks who help and keep the place going were wonderful and some of the hardest working people I have seen. Highly recommend!

We loved the experience, the apartment was well organized and contained everything needed for a wonderful stay. Our visit was only for a week but we were looking for a Mexican destination weWould like for longer annual stays and have now found it :)The unit we had # 9 was perfect exceeded our expectations and we would love to stay there again if we can get a reservation during the times we can travel. The staff were very friendly and very supportive in recommending yoga and restaurant possibilities. We would recommend your rental and have already booked for next year 2024.

The pool was set in a lovely maintained nature-filled courtyard and the beach is less than a 5-minute walk. The staff are super friendly and go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay. It was without a doubt our favourite self-catering accommodation to date!

Tons of space and very well appointed with everything you could need for a short stay or a long stay. Bed was super comfortable and had great linens. The water pressure from the waterfall shower head was a personal favorite of my husband! Nice large private patio was a wonderful bonus. Super tranquil pool area with fountain was a perfect way to relax on a hot day. Can’t say enough about the professional on site team. They did everything they could to accommodate all of our needs. They helped to arrange our ground transportation and set up of our Covid tests before returning to the states. Thanks to Ji and team for making our experience at Abbey del Sol so GREAT!!! We will be back and highly recommend to others.
