Zentral im Dorf von Puerto Morelos, Schritte zum Strand und 5 Minuten in die Stadt. Der Komplex ist eine neu renovierte Wohnung im karibischen Stil, umgeben von einem privaten Innenhof mit Pool. Der Strand ist 100 m von der Wohnung entfernt, die direkt zum Fußgängerweg führt. Wir befinden uns auf der Nordseite des Dorfes, das die wunderschönen weißen Sandstrände und das türkisblaue Meer hat. Unsere Nachbarschaft hat eine einladende sonnige Strandzeitatmosphäre, die das ganze Jahr über genossen wird! Das Meer ist immer warm und die Sonne scheint auch bei Regen!

Das Anwesen verfügt über 6 Eigentumswohnungen (1 und 2 Schlafzimmer / oder Gästesuite), die zwischen 650 und 900 m² groß sind. Bitte wenden Sie sich an den Eigentümer, um Informationen zur Verfügbarkeit und zum Preis der einzelnen Einheiten zu erhalten.

Die Eigentumswohnungen verfügen über ein offenes, helles, offenes Design und sind geschmackvoll mit Möbeln aus der alten Welt eingerichtet. Die großen Terrassen mit Strand- / Meerblick liegen rund um die Wohnungen.
-Küche / Essbereich / Familienbereich ist ein modernes offenes Design mit einer zentralen Insel (4 Hocker) und Granitarbeitsflächen. Es ist mit einem großen Kühlschrank, einer Mikrowelle, einem Herd / Backofen und allen notwendigen Kleingeräten mit separaten Essbereichen ausgestattet.
-Der Familienbereich verfügt über eine Couchgarnitur mit Flachbildfernseher, Kabel- und WLAN-Internet. Es öffnet sich (doppelte Glasschiebetüren) zu Strandterrassen. Patios Decks sind komplett ausgestattet mit Lounge-Sitzgelegenheiten und Tisch / Stühlen für Outdoor-Genuss.
-Die Schlafzimmer verfügen über Kingsize- oder Queensize-Betten oder 2 Einzelbetten, alle mit eigenem Bad, begehbarer Dusche und viel Stauraum für Ihre persönlichen Gegenstände.
Deckenventilatoren (5) sind in allen Räumen, in der Küche, in der Familie, in den Schlafzimmern und in den Bädern installiert.

We had a great couple of days in puerto Morelos! The location was nice- just on the quiet side of things, but close enough to walk to town. The equipment was a great bonus, we enjoyed the bikes, pool, and SUP. The only small problem was communicating our check-in - we had to wait around for a bit, but other than that, no issues.

Great home base for our week in Puerto Morelos

The condo is in an easy location to get to the beach and into town - comfortable rooms, clean, well-stocked kitchen, etc. Communication was easy and our kids enjoyed the pool. We had a wonderful time!

Great condo with excellent amenities

Everything you'll need for a wonderful vacation

This location has everything you'll need to make your time in Puerto Morelos relaxing and easy. The condo is close enough to town to be convenient, but far enough away to be quiet. Beach access is very easy. The availability of beach gear is really appreciated and the quantity and condition of bikes proved to be a real plus for getting around town. We'll look forward to our return to Puerto Morelos and Dos Delphines.

Great location and perfect spot for a Caribbean Vacation

We had a great stay at Dos Delphines. Jim was very easy to work with prior to the trip and took care of any issues immediately during our stay. Great views, very close to the beach, only a few steps away. The beach is beautiful with clear blue water and clean sand. Nice pool and the use of bikes, chairs and other equipment is a nice touch. The equipment was new and well maintained. Very close to town, so you can walk or ride a bike. The town of Puerto Morelos was wonderful. Safet, great restauarants and wonderful people.

Wonderful!

Quiet relaxing place close to the beach with available bicycles, paddleboards and kayaks. There's also a small pool which was very clean. Larger than a dipping pool, more like residential size. The patio has such a constant nice breeze. (We were in A3) Perfect for morning coffee and watching the sun rise. Lots of cooking utensils, anything you'd need. Clean showers and bathrooms. Amanda the property manager was very kind and efficient. Lots of good local recommendations. Jim the owner was also great and wanted to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Nobody was in your face, though. They left you alone unless you needed something. Lots of stairs here unless you're on the first floor of course and the pavement outside the gate can get a little slick on the driveway. Lots of great places to eat just a few blocks away or just go the 50 feet to My Paradise beach club (GREAT breeze and view from the bar!) Would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

We had a great vacation, family of 4 (2 teens). I would easily stay at Dos Delfines again, but look for a different unit. There are more pros than cons, but the cons are big enough that I would not stay in this unit again.Pros: (1) Amazing location to beach & town. (2) Communication was excellent & Amanda is very helpful. (3) Felt safe with the complex & in the condo. (4) Loved the beach chairs, umbrella, & bikes. It was too windy, but there were 2 paddle boards & kayaks to use. (5) Condo has everything you need to cook, but so close to restaurants, it was fun trying new places. (6) We were there 5 nights & cleaning lady came, which was great for new towels, etc. (7) Used Ride Mexico, transportation, that was suggested twice, & they were great.Cons: (1) Beds are extremely hard, like sleeping on a board. Hard to get a good night sleep & our backs hurt. (2) Couch is very uncomfortable. Would have liked to be able to sit & read or watch a movie, but it was too hard. (3) There is no shower head, water is a mist. If you're under 6ft, I don't know how you would wash your hair. Also, 1 of the showers was missing part of the glass door. Not a big deal other than it got water everywhere. (4) Door to outside, room with twin beds, has a lock like a bathroom door would have. Door also opens out, so putting something in front of the door, wouldn't help. I would have liked a deadbolt or something heavier to lock it.

Perfect in every way!

I rented this condo for several reasons, the excellent reviews being foremost, but also because of the proximity to the beach, and a very good price. We actually had our flight delayed and then had trouble with the rental car, but despite getting to the spot at 11:30 at night instead of 8:30, the owner met us outside, walked us in, and talked us through everything! He was incredibly kind! The rooms were ever bit as nice and clean as in the pics, with a great kitchen. But the best parts were front and back balconies with beautiful plantings and views! The bed and pillows were very comfortable, we had huge bottles of purified water for drinking and filling our water bottles. And even though we were on the path to the beach there were never many people about. It was extremely safe (there is a coded gate) and it was so quiet! But just a few yards down was the ocean and an immense stretch of beach, and a short walk (perhaps 10 minutes?) another way and you pass rows of shops and restaurants, and then the square itself. The walk is a joy in itself because of all the beautiful houses and flowers to admire! We didn’t even need the bicycles because everything was in walking distance, and let me just say- my hubby is NOT a walker. I can’t recommend this property highly enough. If you want to stay safely and well in Puerto Morelos, this is your place! (and be sure to visit Wet Set dive for snorkeling and Layla Guesthouse for the Mayan tour!)

Perfect location, everything you might need, very clean and big. Staff very responsive. Note that the 2 bedrooms adjoin, smaller bedroom has own exterior door and patio, but with children you will lack some privacy. Will return!

This property looks exactly as described on VRBO; Very clean, very spacious w/everything you may need (if planning on doing some cooking); great balcony/terrace w/sitting area to enjoy the beautiful ocean view. Everything you need for a wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful relaxing vacation. This place has everything you could ever need for a fun time. The only thing missing was a lime juicer. We used the bikes every day to explore and to go to dinner. We stayed in A3 and had great views for being back a block off beach. Off of our back deck we could see the pool and beautiful sunsets. The beds are very comfortable. Right out front on the beach you can get messages. We tried so many restaurants including all everyone recommended along with the Indian restaurant next to La Serena, which was excellent! We found that Don’s restaurant bar and pool on the beach was our favorite lunch, just as it was when we were here 15 years ago. Lots of changes in Puerto Morelos, but still way more laid back then Cancun or Playa del Carmen. I highly recommend Casa Dos Dolphines. It’s close to town, but set in a nice quieter neighborhood.

Becky and family were great guests. They were respectful of their surroundings and when they departed the condo was spotless and well organized. I can highly recommend them to other hosts.

Amazing Location

Such a great place with all the toys. Bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and all the beach gear you will need.

Amazing home away from home

this was an excellent rental choice especially if your with your family or close friends and just want to feel as if your in your own space. Clean , close proximity to so many great things to do. Will definitely be back.

Convenient to beach & town

My sister-in-law enjoyed and I enjoyed 2 weeks at Dos Delfines in Janu. Access to the beach is just around the corner and it is an easy walk into town. The property manager, Amanda, was very responsive to all of our needs. There are outdoor seating areas both on the street side and on the ocean side. There are many good restaurants in walking distance.
